"Rafe please just let me invite some of my friends!" I begged rafe as I followed him around. Rafe cameron, my best friend since I was 2, around his big yard.
"Loriii" Rafe says dragging out the i in my nickname and finally turns around and looks at me, I saw the smile that he was trying to hide and I chose to ignore it before he spoke again."Fine invite your little pogue friends." Rafe says rolling his eyes. Why he didn't want them to come is the pouges and the kooks have a rivalry against each other, I think it's stupid.
The kooks is the rich part of the island with is technically considered me but nobody see me as a kook because I dress like a pogue, I love surfing and absolutely with a passion HATE golf. So I basically just live on the north side, barely even doing that either.
I go to school with the Pouges instead of going to the Kook academy because I begged and begged until my dad let me go there because thats were my bestfriends are Jj, John b, Pope, and Kie.
"Thank you so much Rafe!" I said to him and throw my arms around his neck. He hugs me back I let him out of the hug and kissed his cheek.
"No problem Lori but if they steal something I swear-" Rafe stared before I stopped him.
"There good people Rafe they wouldn't do that." I say to Rafe he just nods and mutters a whatever.
"Okay I'll see you at the party in a little bit." I say and run up to his porch were my skateboard was.
I jumped down the stairs off the porch I heard rafe yell a goodbye before I skated off back to my house.
I saw Kelce and Topper in Toppers car on the way to Rafes house. They said hi and I said it back and keep skating. I walked up to the front door with my skateboard under my arm.
"Dad I'm home!" I shout as I walked onto the pouch, opening the door.
"Dad? James?" I yell again put don't get a response. So I just walked up the stairs to put my skateboard away and pick out an outfit to wear to the party. I push open the door that is all painted.

I say in the group chat in the next hour or so i get an 'ok' from all the pogues and that Big John would pick up Jj, Pope, and Kie.
He ask if he could pick up me up I'm gonna get there early to hang out with rafe and sarah before the party starts.
I had a a white long sleeves and top tucked into my blue jeans. It was kinda cold so i didn't want to dress in anything that wasn't my regular style. I put on my black high top converse. I just left my hair down on my sholders.
"Lori! Rafe and Sarah are here" My dad shouts from down stairs. Guess he was home now.
"Coming!" I shout back to dad. I pick up my phone off my bed and put it in my pocket. I put on my leather jacket and raced down the steps skipping a few. I see my dad in the kichen and he was taking to my uncle josh who also lived with us.
"Hey dad hey james! Bye dad bye james!" i say and rush out the door
"Bye lori" my uncle and dad shout back to me. I hope in the back seat of rafes car as sarah sat in the passenger seat and rafe was in the driver
"Heyy" i say as i but my head in between the two seats.
"Heyyy lori" sarah says at the say time rafe says
