finally, after what felt like years, the maknae line met up outside of their college to go walk to the bus stop together. chenle was holding the picnic blanket which was nearly folded and placed in a bag while jisung had stuffed his backpack with different card games and board games seorin held their picnic basket, full of the delicious food she had prepared meanwhile meihui was holding a bag full of drinks (non alcoholic cuz they're too cool for alcohol)
they walked talking about various topics, mostly trying to get to know each other better and sharing their memories with each other.
before they knew it, they had reached the bus stop where they all sat down before at the benches, waiting for the bus. it was suddenly all quiet before jisung decided to break the silence
"you know, you guys are really fun," he smiled, "I mean, yeah the hyungs are fun too but it feels nice having friends my age other than chenle, you know? even though they're like only 2 or 3 years older than me and lele" he chuckled, his sentence making the rest laugh too
"no i get it, its like... i dont know it feels like we can relate to each other more. the two year differences really do feel .. i dont know how to put this but yeah i can totally understand what you mean," seorin said
chenle nodded, "but i never thought that like all of us would befriend a group of girls so easily like.. it feels like ive known you all as long as I've known the guys"
"we're officially a part of the guys, seorin oh my god time to grow a penis," meihui joked which resulted in seorin hitting her arm and laughing while doing so
"but aside from the jokes, I'm kinda glad we met. it might be too early to say this and i might jinx myself but it feels like we're gonna be really really good friends in the future too" the Chinese female said and sighed, leaning back into her seat as the bus arrived
"i hope you dont jinx yourself" jisung said as they got on the bus
