Kenji and Aone became friends after he sat next to him on the train. Yes they go to the same school together however Kenji was slightly intimidated by Aone and Aone is a quiet kid so they never actually spoke, even on the court. Aone and Kenji both take the train together, and it was by fate that they managed to end up in the same car.
Aome took his spot, watching as people scooted away and got on without sitting down next to him, however one was different. Kenji noticed Aone and recognized him from school, so he didn't mind sitting next to him.
They didn't talk (yet), they just sat and did what they usually did. Though, that didn't stop the warmth Aone felt in his heart knowing someone finally sat next to him.
