Dipper's POV

"BILL?! Bill!" I screamed, scrambling up. I shook his body, but there was no answer. I quickly pulled the cat off, setting it away. Bill was unconscious, his eye closed with his mouth slightly open. I use my hand to feel any breath, but it was so light..

"BILL! No, no you aren't dying! You can't die, you ridiculous-!" I snapped, grabbing his wrist and feeling a low pulse. I hold my head in my hands, hyperventilating.

Shoot shoot shoot he's dying! This is my fault! That cat! Is it its fault too?! What do I do?!

I start to call the Shack's cell. I pressed it against my ear, hearing the long ring.

RING.

RING.

RING.

Come on come-

"No! Ugh! No..Dipper calm down.." I tell myself, tilting Bill's head.

I begin to give him chest compressions, pushing firmly downwards in the middle in a orderly fashion. I continued this for a while, trying to keep myself focused when all I can think about is if Bill is going to be okay.

I gently lift his head back and kept his mouth open. Oh god- I can't do this. My blush begins to deepen at the thought-

I close my eyes. Dipper, it'll be okay. It's a life and death situation no biggie..

This isn't going to mean anything!

I take deep breaths, using my fingers to pinch his nose shut. I leaned forward, pressing my lips on his for a mouth-to-mouth breathing. I pulled his head up with my hands, deepening it.

"Oh god-"

I inhale, then exhale in his mouth.

Another. And another. Again. And again.

Why isn't he responding-

I cover my mouth, setting him back on the ground. Just in time, Ford, and Mabel ran over.

"My boy what happened?! Stan told us you rang!" Ford exclaimed, kneeling down to Bill.

Mabel stood beside me, covering her mouth.

"Dipper got away with murder?" Mabel asked.

"What!? N-No of course not! He- The cat!-" I stuttered.

"What cat?!" Mabel squealed, looking around.

"The cat sat on his face for a few minutes I just assumed-! Is he going to be okay?!" I start quickly.

Ford started to give chest compressions, holding an ear to Bill's body then continuing.

While Ford gave Mabel the phone to call, I could tell they were both distracted.

I quickly try again. Just one more time, pleading that this'll work. I continued and God, I hated how worried he made me.
