Kaneki x Hide (under editing)

Chapter Five *

Hide POV

I set kaneki down on my bed, I smile at him.
His nose and cheeks are a light pink. He sits shivering.
"Here" I pass him a blanket.
"T-tha---" he sneezed.
I smile with sympathy in my eyes.
"Anything for you, Kaneki Ken"
He smiled back, awkwardly.
I get up and turn the heater on. It's warm for me but he's sick.

"How's your studies going?" Kaneki broke the silence.
"Oh, there going okay"
"You need help don't you?" He laughed as I nodded. "Here, I'll help"
I pass him my studies.
"I need help on this area..." I pointed to the section of Algebra.
"That's easy, here.."
I sat next to him and he leaned closer, explaining everything about the way algebra works.
I nod, damn Kaneki why are you so smart?!
I look at kaneki's face, his face so adorable. His lips moving, so kissable..
"Hide, I finally got a date."
I snap back to reality. "Oh, um. That's good" I smile.
IT ISN'T GOOD AT ALL!
"It's on Thursday" two days from now. "I hope I'll be better by then"
"I could come with you" I rub my neck awkwardly.
"It isn't a date with three people" he stated.
"W-" I felt my cheeks go red. "I could just be there until she arrives"
He looks up at my face than back down to my studies. "Sure, that'll be good."
He studies the page, seeing if there's anything he didn't cover with me.
"You can stay here, for the night" I say with a goofy smile.
"I practically live here" we laugh.
"True"
We put down the books and pick up the ps4 controllers.
Kaneki and I are good teammates on bo3. We kick ass - literally.
