• It was 7pm"Hey."
"My sweet, sweet girlfriend called me first!" Gojo squealed. He was in Kyushu for some mission that he just finished. As he explored the place for sweets, his phone rang.
Iori Utahime was calling him.
He couldn't believe his eyes. Was she really calling him first?
For an outsider's point of view, it would be weird to get excited for a call from your girlfriend. But Gojo was always one to call first. Utahime just answers.
"Don't be too surprised," she said. "Do you have any plans tonight?"
"Oh? Not only are you calling me first, but you're also going to ask me on a date?"
The other end didn't speak. He laughed at how she gets so embarrassed easily. His mind completely forgot a sweet dish he was buying until the lady handed it to him.
"Utahime, did you suddenly melt?"
"No, I didn't. Just answer my question."
His smile couldn't be wiped off of his face. "I have plans, but I can cancel them for you."
He knew she wouldn't like that.
"No!"
He was right.
"I'm kidding. I don't really have any plans." Truthfully, he did.
"I don't trust you."
"How rude," he whispered. "Call Shoko and ask."
Shoko knew they were dating. The principal knew too. Nanami knew, Ijichi knew, and he even told the curse he exorcised the day she said yes. The last words they heard was "I'm dating Utahime!"
"I don't want to call her for something related to you. Tell me, Gojo. Do you have plans or not?"
"I'm telling you, I don't have any."
Gojo was still walking around Kyushu, exploring with the foods he bought in his hand. It was still sunny, and the place was bustling with people.
The blindfolded tall man was a head-turner. His white hair and odd clothing made the crowd curious. Gojo doesn't care and just walked as if he owns the place.
"Listen," her voice was low and with warning. "If I invite you to my house tonight, and I found out that you blew off some important appointment because it created a ruckus tomorrow or any day after, I will never see you again."
Gojo was an important man... unfortunately.
"I may have one tiny meeting planned."
He wished to see her face right now, just bursting with frustration.
"You... ugh."
He laughed out loud that other people were embarrassed of him.
"It's with Yaga anyway. Just some lame meeting."
"Poor Principal Yaga. He has to put up with a self-absorbed you."
"Yeah, yeah. So, your house tonight?" He won't let go of any opportunity to go to her.
"What, no! That deal's off."
"Aw. I'll make some arrangements."
Gojo arrived at the school and met Masamichi Yaga. He completely caught the man by surprise. Their evening meeting turned to be an afternoon one.
After that, he even had the guts to ask Yaga to text Utahime they were done with the meeting, and he's truly free tonight.
