Chapter Eighteen

[clays pov]

George dragged me by my hand over to his favourite ride, the dropper.

When the we got on, I was feeling pretty confident and teasing George by saying he was 'going to cry like a baby'. The brunette just rolled his eyes to the comment and smiled.

What was funny is how when the we eventually got off the ride, George was making fun of me instead, "You scream like my sister!" He bursted out laughing and we went out through the exit gate.

I've got to admit, his laugh has always been contagious.

Seeing him happy was everything for me. Looking at his bright smile, how his eyes had a small sparkle of happiness in them.

I scoff, "I wasn't that scared!"

"Oh please you were squeezing my hand the whole time!"

"Love, you were holding my hand" I joke back.

"Mhm, believe what you want" He rolls his eyes while having a wide smile on his lips.

Next was this game where you had to shoot the targets with a fake gun that was connected to the game.

Now while I might be bad with roller coasters, I'm a god at games like these.

George was pretty good himself, and honestly I was trying to impress George and I think he caught on to what I was trying to do.

The game eventually came to an end and I won a small brown teddy holding a little heart.

I smiled down at it before holding it out towards George.

His brown eyes lit up like bright shiny stars and he took it from my hands and gave me a sweet kiss on my cheek.

"Thank you" He mumbled, blushing as he brought the bear up to his chest and hugged it.

I pulled him up to my side as I wrapped an arm around his shoulder and kissed the boys temple.

"Where to next?" I asked.

"Well.. I'm kinda hungry" He responded as we continued walking again.

"Well we can go and get food now?" I suggested to which he agreed.

We got these mini burgers with chips from a stand nearby, then we went to get some fairy floss which we decided to share because it was so big and fluffy.

Once we were walking again, George suddenly gasped.

"Oh my god, Clay! We have to take pictures in the photo booth!" He said before dragging me along.

I honestly found it adorable.

"3..2..1", the machine counted down as we both smiled at the camera.

It counted down again as I slung my arm around the brunettes shoulder and gave him a kiss.

From there we did multiple poses and funny faces.

Like the one where George squished my cheeks and I looked like a puffer fish- that had to be one of the best ones.

I saw that we had only one photo left so I pulled my lover in and gave him a kiss on his pink lips.

He put his hands on the back of my neck and pulled me in more— if that was even possible.

The camera flashed signalling the photo was taken, but that didn't stop us.

His fingers were playing with the little curls on the back of my head as I prayed that there was no one waiting outside.

We broke apart and looked at each other.

When I looked into his eyes, I saw a small glint of something unfamiliar. I'm not exactly sure what it was, I had never seen it in his eyes before.

Lust?

When he pulled me back for another kiss it felt more heated, passionate.

The kiss was slow and it made my mind hazy. I licked the his bottom his, asking for entry to which he let me.

As soon as he opened his mouth agape, I didn't miss the opportunity to slip my tongue in.

I've gotta give it to him though, he's a great kisser.

We kept on going until we heard people walk up to the curtains where we hid behind.

I don't think George heard it though, so I thought nothing of it. Maybe someone was just walking past.

It wasn't someone walking past.

The curtains to the booth were flicked open and we snapped our heads to reveal Nick, Karl and Alex all standing there.

"Guys we-" Karl started, his face soon turning into a look of disgust.

Nicks face had the same expression as Karl's and Alex just bursted out laughing.

"Oh? Didn't mean to interrupt" Nick mumbled as he closed the curtain.

I turned my head back to look at George to see his red face digging into my chest.

I let out a breathy laugh, " It's getting late, wanna head back to mine?"
