'There she is!' Shit! They had seen me which meant now that we were in a whole lot of trouble if we weren't already. I jumped out of Xavier's cupped grip. 'They have seen us.' He stared at me with disbelief and frustration. 'How?! I thought only you could see them!' I loaded my gun and put my heels back on before replying, 'So did I. Plans have changed. We split up and fight them like the good old days with Ed in this maze. Got it?' He nodded slowly before I rushed past him to one of the path ways. 'And please don't get killed.' With that I parted him with a big smirk still on his face. I could hear footsteps getting closer and closer to me. I backed up against the wall, gun ready to fire. The first guy rounded the corner with a balaclava on his face. 'Hi.' He spun around in shock. As his instincts kicked in to fire his gun, I already had his gun on the ground beneath my feet. 'I'm sorry, did you need that?' Rage filled his eyes as a slow smirk appeared across my face. 'Bring it.' He raced towards me with his fist in position to strike. I let out a little laugh which only made him madder. I intercepted his punch and struck back with scissor kick to the chest. He stumbled back struggling to breath. I walked up to him calmly and cautiously. He let out a low growl. 'Did you really think you could win that easily?' His shoulders shook as he spoke. 'Actually, Yes.' I took off my left heel and brought my foot down to his head. He was out cold before I unmasked him. I put my heel back on and rounded the next corner to find Xavier laying on the ground with Jack towering over top of him. I stalked up to Jack and ripped his shoulders back so his back collided with my elevated knee. He let out a shriek of pain as he collapsed to the floor of the maze. 'Game over Jack.' Again, I brought my foot down to his head and knocked him out cold. 'I thought I told you not to get killed.' He took my hand and steadied himself while brushing the dust of his suit. 'I'm still here aren't I?' Before I could answer, two other men rounded the corner with knives in their hands, both with balaclavas on. 'Looks like we've caught you sweet heart.' Said the man facing me. He let out a menacing laugh as he neared me. 'Not yet princess.' I retorted. I linked my arms through Xavier's as the man approached. 'Linking with your boyfriend won't help you darling.' He edged closer. My grip tightened around Xavier's arms. 'Now.' I whispered. Xavier started to spin with force causing me to lift of the ground enough to temporarily make both men unfocused, my outstretched foot collided with the first man's jaw and the second's temple, flinging their knives out of reach. Xavier put me down on the ground as the first man got up. He got hold of my arm. His grip was tight and sweaty. I twisted under him and put his arm behind his back. 'Xavier!' His head snapped around to me before he knocked the second man out with on blow to the face. He casually walked up to me and the first man before delivering a blow to his crotch and then to his face, knocking him out cold. 'Thanks.' He winked at me before running around the corner to find the last man.
