The entire senior class were scattered in the main hall of the school. Over 1200 voices spoke in the room, each filled the curiosity as to why they had been asked not to attend their first period. And at the very back corner are the main characters of each story. Rowan, Priya, Abigail, Finley and Nigel were there, listening to music while Abigail had been so engrossed with her book. Well, it was a book she stole from Jewel's library but either way, she was reading it- or at least trying to.
"Um hey, has anyone seen Jewel?" Nigel asked, getting worried by her missing presence. Everyone murmured the same answer, no, causing their facial expressions to frown in worry. Well, it was everyone but Rowan, if we're being honest over here, the boy couldn't care less about the caramel-skinned petite girl. After a few more minutes passing by agonisingly slow, their worry only grew more. Now Priya was passing up and down, biting acrylic nails and muttering profanities directed at Jewel in Hindi. Rowan just rolled his eyes - annoyed at his friend - and focused back on his phone.
After a few more minutes little miss late had come in the hall running. She quickly spotted her friends and walked toward them with the rest of the energy she had. "I'm here." She collapsed on the floor. Little blurry dots took over her vision. "Oh hey grandma," She dazed. Her friends looked at her as if she were crazy cause they knew her grandmother was still alive. "Hi, pretty pink pony." She continued. Finely walked up to her and carried her right arm, Nigel carried her left.
