(Naruto's Pov)

"The hell do you mean you have to go on a mission... dad you told me you couldn't go on missions?!" I growled in annoyance as I scrubbed the dishes with my frustrations almost breaking them in the process.

"I know I'm sorry but they wouldn't let me say no, and- from the looks of it I might be gone for a long time... I don't know when I'll be back honestly." Minato said as he walked up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist his head resting on the back of my shoulder.

"So I won't see you for a long time huh..." I looked down loosing the dish in my hand completely, imagining the worst few weeks or possibly years that I'd be alone just missing my father and growing, training, and accomplishing my dream alone. "I'm gonna miss you so much... I can't imagine how much I'm gonna miss you while your out there saving people..." I chuckled softly but not from happiness.

"I'm gonna miss you too baby~" he whispered before kissing my shoulder softly through the fabric of my clothes.

"So when are you leaving?" I asked softly as I scrubbed the last dish and started to rinse it and put it with the others in the drying rack.

"Tomorrow morning..." he mumbled as he ran his hand up and down my arm gently.

I smiled a little and rinsed my hands before turning around and wrapping my arms around his waist... "Well then maybe we should make the most of tonight then... do me a favor and go to the store and pick up your favorite dinner and I'll make it for you tonight~"

"Okay... but what are you gonna do?"

"Hmhm~ you'll have to wait and see baby... I promise your gonna love it..." I mumbled before kissing him softly with passion dripping causing him to moan softly.

I pulled back and smiled at my wife's dreamy look his eyes sparkling softly, and I knew we would be together forever so I wasn't scared when I knew he'd be gone.

(Meanwhile)

"Aisaka run!"

Haruna Aisaka was scared out of her mind, her parents were murdered in front of her and her brother is nowhere to be found. She was the youngest of her family... her aunts and uncles were killed as well as her sister who was about to come home from work. Her brother was the middle and was currently on a mission but was supposed to be home today, though she thought he was dead as well.

"Awe don't cry little girl... you'll be able to see them again~" the ninja growled as he grabbed a sword from his buddy.

A tear falls from Haruna's eyes and she turns to the man her eyes glowing red and purple... "You killed my parents~" she growled as her left arm started forming tattoo like marks that start glowing a bright purple.

"What the hell! Kill her dude she's a fucking demon she'll ki-"

"I'm a god you foolish inferior creature~" a woman's voice said looking at the man from Haruna's body as she slowly raised the child's arm the glow from the mark pulsing with power.

"Oh shit!!" They yelled in unison but she was grabbed from behind, a boys arms wrapped around her before she was flying through the air.

"Kagura calm down please... I'm alright don't worry I'll keep Haruna safe..."

"Boruto thank god... I'll leave the rest to you... and I'm sorry for your loss..." Kagura whispered before she gave way the purple eyes fading to blue while the red faded to black, the mark on Haruna's arm fading back to a small diamond in her palm.

"Thanks... Haruna are you alright?" Her older brother asked softly gripping her a bit tighter as he leaps through the trees.

He looked down and sighed softly when he saw tears streaming down his little sisters cheeks. Their mother was full Otsutsuki so they were half and the three were being hunted so they moved a lot. Their parents gave their lives so they could survive, but Boruto wasn't ready to have full responsibility of his little sister he could barely survive on his own yet.
