(Naruto's Pov)

I love you Naruto... so please stay out of this~

"Aa!" I sat up my eyes wide feeling my head spin as I looked around frantically.

My room? But I wasn't here a minute ago... wait is it morning?

"Naruto your finally awake..." looking to my door I saw my father in the doorway his arms crossed.

"Otōchan! Wha- what happened last night?" I asked as I curled up a bit rubbing my head.

"Fugaku told me he found you on the road passed out with Neko by your side. Naruto what's going on with you are you alright? Should I get a doctor?" He asked softly as he walked over sitting in front of me.

I looked down wrapping my arms around my knees... "No I don't think it'll happen again... I'm sorry if I-"

"Worried me? Naruto you almost gave Izuna a heart attack he's been up all night taking care of you..."

I felt a bit bad and slid out of bed... "And where's mama now?" I asked as I headed for my door.

"He's in my room trying his best to sleep... why not you go show him your okay..." he said as he stood again and came up behind me his hand reaching to my doorknob.

"Yeah I think I'll go lay down with mom for a bit... sorry again daddy." I whispered before I turned down the hall and headed for the door a bit further down that was cracked open.

I could see the light from the window shining through the crack lighting up a sliver of the dark hallway and my clothes and face as well. When I reached the door I reached out my hand pressing and brushing over the wooden surface as the door swung open. I saw mama laying in bed with his hair draped out over the pillow instead of wrapped up in his hair tie.

I stepped into the room and swung the door back to it's cracked position as I walked towards the bed feeling a hollow part of the floor before it creaked under my weight. This caught mamas attention and he slowly opened his eyes before sitting up.

"Sorry I woke you... daddy told me you stayed up for me..." I mumbled as I moved across the room to the bed before crawling into the soft cushion of the mattress.

"Naruto... thank goodness your okay~" he whispered as he pulled his hair over his shoulder his eyes heavy as he looked up to me.

I could see it in his eyes... the bags from lack of sleep, the slight redness of the eye while his irises were glistening with sleepy tears and the light, and the way he blinked way too long from time to time. I smiled a bit and laid down next to him before I pulled him down laying my head over his chest while his right arm wrapped over me the other under my head with his hand tangling into my hair.

"Thank you for what you did mom but you should sleep now before you get sleep deprived or something~" I whispered as I closed my eyes getting tired again from the feeling of warmth and the gentle massage on my scalp.

"Your right baby let's get some sleep then~" he whispered as he rested his head over mine.

Before I knew it we were both cuddled up together asleep and my father was turning off the light and closing the door with a soft smile.

(Time Skip/Minato's Pov)

"Going out again so soon? Where are you heading now?"

"I'm finding Fugaku I need to talk with him about something important..." Naruto mumbled as he grabbed his jacket throwing it on over his blue tee shirt.
