In this Boruto and Naruto are not related Boruto is an Uchiha with long blond hair with black streaks. Boruto suffers with his little sister who is ten years old after they lost their parents and he just turned eighteen. Naruto finds them when they are chased into the village and Boruto uses ninjutsu without permission and the villain tries to kill him and his little sister Aisaka.

(Boruto's Pov)
"Haruna run!!" I screamed as the man tackled me to the ground... I knew there was a village nearby if only I could get there.
I waved signs and took a deep breath blowing out flames the famous Uchiha jutsu, the villain jumped off of me and I shot up crawling to my feet grabbing Aisaka who was frozen from fear. I loved my little sister but I knew she wouldn't listen to me in this situation. Our parents were killed right in front of her and she hasn't said a word since. It's hard for me to raise her and keep both of us safe from villains when I have to raise myself as well, I mean I'm only a teen I'm not meant to be alone yet.
