OLIVIA STANDS BESIDE EDDIE, HIS arm around her shoulder as the group, minus Max, Erica and Lucas, stand in the caravan. It's dark out, almost 10pm and getting colder. Olivia has the feeing from earlier which is getting so much stronger but she ignores it. "Okay. I wanna run threw it one more time." Nancy nods her head, she turns around to face everyone, "Phase one."
"We meet Erica in the playground." Robin states. "She'll signal Max and Lucas when we're ready."
"Phase two."
"Max baits Vecna. He'll go after her, which'll put him in his trance." Steve speaks.
"Phase three."
"Me and Eddie draw the bats away." Dustin nods, Eddie grins pushing Dustin's head forward playfully. Nancy looks at Olivia.
"Phase four."
"I kill the bats, hurting the hive mind and will disable Vecna allowing you too blow the shit out of him." Olivia finishes.
"Are you sure you can kill them, there's hundreds, probably thousands. It will take a lot of power." Olivia looks over at Nancy, clenching her jaw.
"Vecna, he is powerful, very powerful. He's had years to work out how powerful he is, too play around, I've have 3 years with them and I have no idea was extent mine go too, if this goes wrong and I end up doing something really bad, like ending the upside down, things will go sideways very quickly. Vecna told me that I've only seen the tiniest glimpse of the power I have and he wants me, he wants too destroy the world with me and if I have the power to do that, we are all screwed." Olivia explains, "But yes, I can kill those bats."
"Good." Nancy nods, looking around. "Five."
"We head into Vecna's newly bat - free lair, and..." Robin waves a bottle of gasoline with a flannel shoved in the top, "flambé."
"Nobody moves onto to the next phase until we've all copied. Nobody deviates from the plan, no matter what. Got it?" Everyone nods and grabs their weapons, Olivia slides her sword onto her back and grabs her shield. They make their way to the trailer park, running across the grass and towards Eddie's trailer, pushing open the door and flicking the light on.
Steve is the first one through, flipping as he lands, Olivia leaves for a second, running threw into Eddie's room which is trashed. She grabs a hair band, throwing her hair into a ponytail and pulling pieces down to frame her face, she grabs one of his leather jackets from the wardrobe, pulling it on and a deep red bandana he has hanging on the wall. She wraps it round her wrist and then walk through back into the living room.
