We were all abruptly disturbed from our sleep by Nancy and Steve clapping aggressively and startling us awake.

Soon enough we were all brainstorming around Max's dining room table.

'Here, take a look at this.' Eddie called out, traipsing across the room and slamming a newspaper ad down in front of us.

'It's called War Zone. It has everything we're gonna need to fight this asshole and his footmen and more. Probably.' He said, looking around at us, both hands pressed against the paper as he leaned in.

'Woah, hold up. Army and Naval? Aren't we gonna need some sort of license to buy this stuff?' I enquired, peering over Eddie's shoulder at the ad.

Eddie hadn't actually said anything to me directly all morning, but surely he couldn't continue to hold a grudge whilst we were looking at the end of the world right in the eye.

'Yeah, I mean - grenades? Machetes, shotguns. This can't be legal to sell to the general public, surely?' Robin added.

'I really don't think that given the circumstances they're gonna care too much about checking for licenses. There's a serial killer on the loose, remember?' Eddie retorted, gesturing to himself.

'Even if they sell them to us, does anyone even know how to use this stuff? Like this is high level shit.' Erica asked.

'Well we already established that Wheeler here is a shotgun connoisseur and she's packing all sorts of heat in her bedroom.' Eddie smirked, cocking his head towards Nancy who stood there less than impressed.
'That came out wrong.' He muttered, immediately retreating and clearing his throat.

'One out of the ten of us? That's not exactly great odds.' Robin said.

'How hard can it be really? You put a bullet in, you aim, you pull the trigger. It's not rocket science.' Dustin huffed.

'Yeah, he's definitely not getting one.' Steve said, glancing down at Dustin, bemused.

'I know how to use a gun.' Sarah quipped as everyone's heads turned immediately to face her in shock.

Her eyes darting around the room as she was met with a sea of inquisitive eyes.

'My, my. Sarah Taylor, now this is a surprise.' Eddie sang.

'What? I used to go down to the shooting range with my Cousin's. I have family out in Fort Worth.' She shrugged.

'Okay, well that is useful. Two out of ten is better than none.' Nancy sighed.

'How exactly do we get there?' Steve asked, pressing two fingers on the page of the newspaper and sliding it toward himself to get a closer look.

'Not far, I'd say an hour and a half, two hour drive tops. Once we're out onto the freeway past the Hawkins border it's pretty much straight.' Eddie shrugged.

'That's gonna be triple with the time it takes us to bike there and back. We're looking at 8 hours. We don't have time.' Dustin argued.

'Then I guess we're gonna have to drive.' Eddie retorted, a mischievous grin etching it's way across his lips.

'Using what exactly? Mine and Nance's cars are way out of range, and we can't exactly get you there inconspicuously even if they weren't. I hate to have to be the one to remind you guys of this every time but you're both still very much wanted.' Steve challenged, gesturing between myself and Eddie.
