-Happy Ending-[Steddie]

Secret

Running from the demo-bats entering his trailer, well his Upside Down trailer, Eddie climbs the sheet that is hanging from the portal. He falls on the couch on the floor, Dustin on his left helping him get up.

-Dude, we made it! We did our part of the plan!- Says Henderson, -Yes! We did it again!- Says Eddie, as they're hands touch on a high-five. They fell exausted on the couch, heavy breaths by both of them are heard on the room.

-You did awsome with guitar down there- Dustin says happily to Eddie, he looks into the childs eyes, he sees inspiration, he's so fucking happy that the child sees him that way, he's starting to think seriously to adopt him - Maybe, when all the things calm down you can teach me! - Eddie turns to him, and messes his hair - Of course buddy, i would love to - Dustin looks at him with happines, but that happines in his eyes turns into discomfort.

- Hey, are you good? I see that something's bad, you can tell me - Dustin says that with a worried voice - If you want to obiously - He rushes to say.

And he actually wasn't all that okay, he felt like a coward, like the chicken he is. He wasn't able to figth the demo-bats, so he ran away, all he does is ran away. He can't bring himself to figth the things that scare him, so he runs, and runs, but someday he will need to figth those things, and he knows it damm well, but he never figth them once. So he feels usseles. But he wasn't gonna say that, he won't worry the poor child next to him with his problems, but he's good at it, he's an expert bucking up his feelings.

- Yep - He says, popping the p - Better than ever, like, ¿have you seen how many demo-bats we fougth?, turns out that out of DnD i'm pretty awsome - He dosen't feel that way, but he needed to convince Dustin that he is fine, it works up perfectly, the childs face ligths up in a second - ¡Of course you are! ¡You are Eddie Munson! ¿How can you not be awsome? - That made him feel a bit better, he loved those type of affirmations by his loved ones.

They start chatting, first about the metal concert Eddie gave to the demo-bats, he was proud of that, then, they talked about random ideas to clean Eddies name.

- I know! We tell them Chrissy was going to buy drugs, and then, when you went to get them, Chrissy was gone, then you searched for her on the trailer park, and you found her dead in your trailer, you screamed and ran, you got up on your cart, and ran away to... Mike's basement thinking that the killer was chasing you, and stayed there trough the nigth. Then, when te police was looking for you, you knew that they would't belive you so you stayed there until now, and also, Jason was chasing you, so you needed to stay there. That's like, the perfect alibi - Dustin finishes his quick fake alibi, and holy shit, it was great - That... that was fucking sick dude! Defenitly using this one when i go to court - He wasn't amased at all, Dustin was a walking genius. They continued chatting for a while, but the gate on Eddie's trailer started to close - OH SHIT! - Dustin screamed, as the blanket that was hanging from the portal fell down, cutted on half, - Do you thinked they... - Dustin started saying, but Eddie cut him off - I don't know Henderson, we should not make assumptions yet -. They stayed silent until the rest of the group appeared, Robin and Nancy knocked on the door of Eddie's trailer, as Steve was watching them, they went there from the portal the was left behind by Fred.

Eddie opened the door and got out with Dustin, there was pure silence as they got up on the house/car that they robbed, and when Steve started the car he said - We did it - Eddie knew what he meant, but asked - ¿You did what? - That was a fool question, Steve let out a single laugh - We killed Vecna, we destroyed the Upside Down headmaster - Eddie and Dustin looked at eachothers eyes amazed, then, Robin added - When we got out the portal, it closed - Then it all made sence for Eddie. - The gate on my trailer also was closed, so, maybe when Vecna was killed, the headmaster of the Upside Down, the other world was waiting for you to get out there to destroy itself, after all you aren't from that dimension, so why would the Upside Down want to destroy you?- All the gang (Except Steve who was driving) looked at him, - *I knew that was pretty dumb, why did i say it?* - Eddie tough to himself, thinking that Steve or Robin will make fun of him, but then Nancy said - That was a perfect explanation of what we think happend, and you didn't even knew about it!, Eddie you're a genius - She said as she looked at him with the most geunine smile ever, welp, he didn't mess up this time, golden sticker for him.

No one said something the rest of the way to the creels house, and Eddie was staring at Steve, he was in love, even tough he had made a note to self that was "Don't be gay in Indiana", he failed on that self proposal, he wasn't sad about it, he knew Robin was lesbian, and Steve knew that too, and she supported her, and Eddie also came out to him, when they where walking in the forest the first time he went to the Upside Down, and Steve said to him that it was okay, and that if he needed help to flirt with some Draculas, he wouldn't mind. But Eddie hopes that he isn't straigth, he hopes that he dosen't only support people like him, he hopes that he is like him, but that's impposible, Steve "The Hair" Harrington being into guys?, he would laugh a lot if somebody said that to him. So he would hide his crush, that dosen't mather, he has done this a lot of times before, hide his crush in other boys so he wouldn't be found dead in a random alley in Hawkins. Steve looks at him back, Eddie dosen't look away, Steve gives him a kind smile, then turns his head to the road again. Eddie looks away with his face burning red, he gives a last glance to Steve, he sees his cheeks a little red. Shit, maybe he wasn't all that wrong.

Dustin hits him with his elbow on the ribs, Eddie looks at him with an angry face, that was still red. Dustin gives him the universal "You like him, don't ya?" glare, shit he knows, Eddie looks away embarrased with his face even more red. Dustin giggles a bit, - Whats wrong? - Asks Nancy, and Eddie replies with - Nothing, a little inside joke we have - He looks at Nancy, then at Robin, who was observing the situation, and she gives him exact same glare to him. Fuck it, now Henderson and Buckley know his secret
