"What's happening? What's going on?" I ask when the car started to slow down. I had a sudden feeling this wasn't going to be good.
"honey is the gas empty I thought I specifically told you to fill it up?"my mom asked my dad. " yah about that when you told me yesterday to fill the tank I kind of ignored you. sorry" my dad says.
My mom heaves a heavy sigh. " but a gas station is only half a mile away" my dad says to lighten the mode. " wait so you want us to push the car" my little sister says.
My dad turn around in his seat and looks her in the eyes and gives a slight nod. "Is Brady going to push the car?" Whines Sarah with a pout on her lips.
" Sarah stop complaining your 10 and he's 6. your weak and he's weaker." I say to make her be quite. Good thing it did I thought I would have to deal with that the rest of the way.
By the time we get to the gas station we are all sweating. except Brady who is in the car sleeping. dammit I should have gone with Sarah's suggestion.
Once fill up and get some snacks we are on the rode again. 6 hours later we have gone from lions-gate where we used to live to a place called Denver. yay😒 ( note the sacasm).Once we find the house we are ready to get settled in.
