After the bell rings Melanie ask if she can come to my house. "mom can my friend Melanie come to the house" "sure as long as she has a ride home." "kk"
I hang up the call and nod my head to Melanie."Yay!!!" She yells with a squeal. " I can paint your nails and do your hair!!!!"
She start rambling on "no no no" I say in sync as she says "yes yes yes" ugh this is going to be pointless.

"OMG!!! Don't your nails look better with the blue instead of the disgusting color it was without nail polish!!!"
I actually did like it but I didn't want her to know that. "sure I guess" I say with out emotion. I don't how she knew but she did.
"I knew it,you do like it" she says with a smile. "fine I do,the color is cute.I'm hungry though you can do my toes later" I say cause my stomachs was growling like a loin.
We go down stairs and my mom sets a plate of triangular shape sandwiches. I'm not five I can eat a normal sandwithch.
"Cute way to cut the sandwiches mrs.Alonso(last name) I like it." "Thanks Melanie that's sweet" my mom says while smiling at me trying to tell me that I got a polite friend.
Then Melanie's phone rings and she answers it. As she talks Brady and Sarah come racing down the stairs.
They have a nose I a dog. They can smell things from outside. "thanks for letting me come over but I have to go now" Melanie says.
"oh Rosie my birthday is coming up this Saturday and I wanted to invite you there's a sleep over at the beach house if you want to sleep over." she says with a cheeky smile.
"Mom" I ask with a sly smile "fine but what time is it and where? My mom ask "oh don't worry mrs.Alonso it's from 2:30 to 10:30 and the party is at my dad's beach house" she says
"ok you'll pick her up?" "Yep" "alright then" my mom says I hug her and thank her.
"bye everyone" Melanie says "bye" we wave to her. such a good friend and I only met her today.
I'm about to grab a sandwich when my hand hits the plate and I look down to see the to rascals faces are stuffed with the sandwiches.
"sorry" they say with there mouthes full. And that's why I love them
