Author's Note

Hi everyone. There's a couple things that I need to say here.

First of all—if you didn't see my announcement on my profile—this book is going to be discontinued. I won't be writing any more. It didn't feel appropriate to continue writing a fictional story that revolves around Techno considering his death. Cancer is a bitch, and Techno is a legend for managing to stay so positive despite his situation.

So, below I have copied and pasted all my notes for the plot, characters, and basically all the planning for Fallen Towers, Silent Ruins. At least you guys will get some closing for how this story should have gone. The (bolded) bullet points are the rough plot line and there are snippets of things I had written for future chapters.

This book will stay up for a little while, but I will take it off Wattpad in the future.

Over the course of planning this story, as well as writing Bee Boi and Appetency, I have fallen in love with Techno and his character. He became my favorite YouTuber and Dream Smp character and I have binged through so many of his videos. I will really miss him, as I'm sure all of us will. But, as Techno once wrote, he has ascended to Heaven to take on the Kingdom of God. (Gosh, I will miss his humor)

Fly high, king—we will never forget you. You made such a deep impact on this community. Technoblade never dies.

Rose
- White shirt with brown/red leather jacket, dark red bandana tied around her neck, dark brown pants and high black boots
- Dirty blonde hair pulled back in a low ponytail and gray eyes
- Loves adventuring
- Has an incredible memory
- Reckless, prefers not to plan
- Can be blunt and says whatever she wants without much regard to other people's feelings
- Scared to fall in love because she lost her first love

Extra Notes
- Techno wants to find the totem
-He is quiet and closed off to her at first but eventually she grows on him
- Both are 23

Plot Overview
- Rose loses map to Techno at desert temple
- Rose and Techno both find the ruins and decided to work together to get the treasure
- In one scene, after they open the door with the three keys, they are chased by a boulder down a passageway (Indiana Jones style) and come up to a ravine. Techno makes it across but Rose barely misses the ledge. As she falls, Techno reaches out and manages to grab her hand and pull her up. Techno tries to kiss her but she pulls away
- They find the treasure, which is a totem of undying (totem of life)

It was a cylinder-shaped object—about the size of her palm. The golden surface glittered in the light and the two emerald gems that looked like eyes sparkled just as brightly. Just by holding it in her hand, Rose could feel the power radiating from within it. The thought of what this small object was capable of made a shiver run down her spine.

"Here." The girl handed it back to Techno. The pink-haired male examined it similar to how she did, turning it over in his hand. Rose could see the excited glow in his eyes. Then, to her surprise, the pigman held it back out to her.

"I want you to keep it," he said to her.

"Why?" She blinked at him in confusion.

Techno gently took one of her hands in his and placed the totem in it. Then, he closed her fingers around the magical object. "You'll be safe with it, no matter where we go."

"Oh, really." Rose pulled her mouth into a straight line and shot him an unamused expression. "You would need it just as much."

The male grinned. "Technoblade never dies."
