If I want to become like everyone else around me. I'm going to have to get a girlfriend. It's not going to be easy. But I'm surrounded by people confessing their love and getting accepted, so I should be able to observe and learn how to do it just like them.
But, I can't just fake it, I have to make sure it works. That means I need a team. Of course I have to get my friend since they're really the only people I can turn to. And after that I need another person who'd be willing to help a sad, lonely, worthless idiot who can't even--......I don't think there is anyone else except my friend. I needed to get him on board with my crazy idea so he can help me come up with the plan when class ends, which was actually a bit longer than ten minutes ago.
He wasn't near his usual spot, the bench just outside of school right next to the vending machines. He must've gone back inside to go to his club while walking back towards the classrooms.
Just as I was thinking this, my bodies velocity suddenly dropped to 0 from colliding into another person, causing them to drop a box, scattering papers everywhere.
The ideal cliché
"Watch where you're going you idiot!" a voice hissed at me.
I look up, and the person who crosses my gaze is none other than Sakura Nakajima, wearing the girls school uniform. A red tie around a white buttoned down shirt, which was under a crème colored sweater, paired with a black wavy skirt just a bit higher than her knees.
(I'm sorry I made her look like Mai-san😭)
This can't be happening, did a trope that only happens when the main character of an anime meets one of their love interests for the first time! The gods of Rom-Com really do throw you a bone once in a while! (Oregairu fans will understand)
"Are you really just going to sit there on the floor. PICK IT UP!"
I immediately scrambled and gingerly picked up all the pieces of papers off the ground, handing it back to Sakura. The gods are telling me what to do, they must want me to confess to Sakura. That's exactly what I'll do!
I hand the papers back to her, and she snatched it back.
"Don't ever breath in my vicinity ever again!" she said glaring at me while walking away.
Have I just encountered-...A Tsundere!?
"Look's like I have a shot," I said to myself, grinning from ear to ear.
"Dude, you seriously have a problem," my friend Tobe Hinode said approaching from behind me. he was wearing his signature orange shirt which was a slightly darker tone than his messy pumpkin colored hair. He was a relatively fit teen, which stemmed from his parents making him take sports classes. I, on the other hand was more lanky than him, appearing to be made of skin and bones. In fact, the state the my body and my inability in PE, which hindered his Vollyball team, was the only reason Tobe even talked to me which led to him becoming my friend.
