[Cassia's POV]

Later that day, I set my bags down by the fireplace in the Weasley's main room. I turn to Ginny and give her a hug.

"Do you have to go?"

I released her from our hug.

"Yeah, Gin. That was the agreement my mother and I made. Half the summer here. Half the summer there."

"You'll write to me, right?"

"Of course, and I will be there with you and your Mum in Diagon Alley come the start of term. Can't have my favorite Weasley starting classes on the wrong foot."

"HEY! We heard that!" Fred and George yelled, coming into the room.

"I thought we were your favorites?" George asked, acting as if this revelation hurt him.

"You are, but Ginny takes priority." I joked, but with a hint of truth to my next words, "Just like Lee is for you."

"She's right about that one, George." Fred conceded.

"Well, she could have priority if she wasn't always studying." George argued.

"Maybe if you studied more, you would've been able to perform the color changing charm yourselves."

"Then we wouldn't need you." George mumbled before retorting back, "Our study habits have nothing to do with you being part of our pranks. We're just trying to have fun. You would know if you would join us occasionally."

"You try having Snape as your Head of House. He wouldn't know fun if it knocked him in the face and was wearing a name badge." I start, "Plus, we have to work extra hard for the house cup unlike others." I mutter that last part under my breath, hoping they didn't hear it.

"What was that last part?" George asked.

"Nothing important."

"She said that her house has to work extra hard for the house cup because of another house," Ginny answered, "I believe she is implying Gryffindor as the 'other house'."

"Thanks, Gin."

"No problem." She smiles at me and walks away from the conversation that has quickly turned into an argument.

"You think Gryffindors have it easier?" George questioned.

"Not all of them. But Slytherins don't exactly have smooth sailing either."

"We lose just as many points as the other houses."

"In large part due to us." Fred chimed in.

"But as I recall, there is a certain professor who has it out for Gryffindors and takes points any chance he gets." George continues.

"Snape might take points from Gryffindors, but you get those back at the end of term right before Dumbledore awards the House Cup." I snapped.

"That's not our fault," George says.

"And, I'm not blaming you. But when the 'Chosen One' isn't in your house, it can make things a little more difficult for the rest of us."

"Plus, you've got Malfoy and Flint." Fred added, "Neither of them is exactly helpful when it comes to gaining points."

"My point exactly. Thank you!"

"Whatever," George scoffs.

Silence falls over the room as I sit down in one of the chairs. Fred and George stay over by the other side of the room.

Rubbing my forehead, I look at the twins. Both of them communicate without saying a word.

"Look, arguing over something that is trivial and that we can't change is not how I wanted to spend my remaining time here." I confessed.

They both turned and acknowledged me. Fred nodded, hinting that I could continue.

"I don't want to leave our friendship like this. I'm sorry for what I said about implying that Gryffindors had it easier. I know that's not true, and everyone has their own struggles."

"I'm sorry for saying that Lee is more important to us than you are because some of our pranks wouldn't be as successful if it wasn't for your input." Fred admitted.

"And I'm sorry for being rude." George placated.

Fred turned to his twin in shock. And I was left puzzled.

"He's only sorry for how he sounded during the argument, and not for what he said" I thought to myself.

"Anything else to add to that apology, Georgie?" Fred asked.

"I'm sorry for implying that your studies shouldn't be important to you and that you don't know how to have fun. The truth is that you're kind of the mastermind behind our genius sometimes." George confessed.

"All is forgiven. Now, what ideas do you have planned for the upcoming school term, and how can I help?"

The biggest grins spread across their faces with a glint in their eyes.
