[Percy's POV]
Penelope isn't here, but she wrote that she would meet me in Flourish and Blotts for Gilderoy Lockhart's signing. Why isn't she here? But my wondering of where Penelope could be was short lived as I heard Ginny's cauldron fall with a metallic thump and saw Dad throwing himself at Mr. Malfoy.
The commotion grows louder as Fred and George are encouraging Dad, and Mom is yelling at him to stop. Books are raining down on them, and the shop assistant is crying out for them to stop. Hagrid was between the two not a second too soon. Mr. Malfoy left dragging Draco behind him.
While Mom was chastising Dad and ushering us out of the shop, I looked up the stairs and saw Cassia there, and a guy with his arm around her. Concern was etched on her face, but she wasn't looking at me.
"Percy!" Mom yelled back at me, holding the shop door open.
I turned to look at Mom and walked towards her.
"Everything alright, dearie?" She asks.
I nod, not really in the mood to talk, walking behind the rest of the group to the Leaky Cauldron.
~~~
We are making our rounds of goodbyes in the Leaky Cauldron when Cassia and her friends come through the entrance from Diagon Alley. Cassia sees us and makes her way over.
"Fred, George, what happened at the bookshop?"
Before they could respond, Mom called out to us saying it was time to go.
"Well, I guess I'll see you on the train then." She said before hugging the both of them.
She continues to her goodbyes with everyone, including Harry. Although, he seemed apprehensive when she walked over to him.
"Goodbye Percy," she said, "see you at the start of term."
"Goodbye Cassia."
She waves and heads back towards her friends. We start taking our turns returning home using the Floo Network. Ron first. Followed by Fred and George. Harry was next. I grab a handful of powder and turn around. I see Cassia laughing with her friends. And the guy I saw her with in the bookshop is next to her with his arm around her. Then I am engulfed by green flames and she disappears from my sight.
