ASHTON'S POV

When we got home, Zyon kept glancing my way and that made me feel uncomfortable.

" What is it? Just spit it " i said

He sighed heavily before speaking

" Remember Krevius? " he asked and i nodded at him

" Yes, why? "

" He'll be moving here with us. It's much safer and i feel at ease when i know that he's here with us to protect and guard you. Although he has his own mansion but he agreed to stay here with us " he said

" It's better for the both of you if you two go to the same school, so he'll be transferring to your school, tomorrow. So that he can protect you properly and to keep an eye on suspicious people " he added

" He's going to what? Krevius? How old is he anyway? " i asked

" twenty year old. He's almost the same age as you. He's a bit childish but he's reliable and and one of my trusted man " he said

I was shock by the fact that he's only twenty year old, a year older than me, he's already a member of a organization and Zyon's trusted man!

Just how much ability does he have?

I was taken aback when Zyon suddenly hugged me

" I thought i'd lose you again. I thought that you'll be gone and that you'll leave my side once again after the incident earlier " i felt him shaking, like he was crying

I hugged him back and rubbed his back gently

" I won't leave you, not now, never. Okay? I feel at ease now that you've assigned someone to protect me " i said and smiled

" You look and act like a gay " someone said behind us

When we turn around to see who it was, i saw a man standing inside near the front door.

How did he get in here? I did not hear anything when he came inside

He looked cute with his messy hair and teddy bear patterned sweater.

" How did you get in here, Krev? " i heard Zyon asked him

He's Krevius?!

" I opened the door. " he answered and yawned

I suddenly chuckled when i heard his answer

" pff hahahaha "

" Don't laugh, fox "

" Are you being jealous right now, boss? "

" Shut up, Krev. Come here, let me introduce you to each other " Zyon said, and Krev came towards our direction and stared at me

" Is he the one that i'll be protecting from now on? " he asked and Zyon gave him a nod

" Yes, this is Ashton Voughan. Ashton, this is Krevius Zaragosa. The reason why you didn't hear anything when he came inside is that because he works as assassin so he already mastered the arts of hiding his presence " Zyon explained to me.

Looks like he saw my confused reaction earlier.

" I see "

Krevius kept starring at me so i smiled at him and extended my arms for a handshake

" It's nice to finally meet you, Krevius " i said and he accepted my handshake

" Krev "

" Huh? "

" Just call me Krev. You're Boss's partner, right? "

I hesitated at first but when i look at Zyon's face like he's expecting me to say the answer that he wanted to hear.

" Yes. " i answered shortly

He only gave me a small smile before laying down on the couch

" Where's your stuff, kid? " Zyon ask and Krev just pointed his finger towards the front door.

" Out there " he said and yawned

" Wait here, I'll just go and get some pizza and drinks. What would you like to drink? " i asked Krev and his eyes glittered in happiness

He looks like a child

" Chocolate milk " he answered and grinned before getting up

I nodded and made my way to the kitchen but i saw him following me

" Why are you following me " i asked him

" I want to eat some ice cream too. " he said and kept following me

I smiled and nodded, he act like a child that you wouldn't even notice that when his walking you can't hear any footsteps

" Yes, we do have. Only popsicle ice creams " i said and he rushed towards the fridge and opened it

" That's a lot of sweet foods! " he said in amusement

" Well, i like eating sweets so they always have a stack of cakes, ice creams and such " i said before putting the pizza in the microwave and waited for ten minutes

I served it to him and he immediately ate it

" Kid, i was looking for you. I've already brought your luggage in your room. You know the way to your room, right? " Zyon said when he entered the kitchen

" Yesh i dwo " Krev answered him while munching a whole piece of cupcake.

He looks like a chipmunk

" Don't talk when you mouth is full, Krev. That is disgusting " Zyon commented before looking at me

Krev just waved his hand and drank a glass of water to swallow his food

" I'll be back later, fox. I need to go back to the company " he said and planted a kiss on my forehead.

I'm already kinda used to this.

" Yeah sure. Take care " i said

He faced Krevius and patted his back

" I'll be counting on you kiddo " he said and Krev gave him a salute

" Yesh bosh " he replied while munching some macaroons

It made us laugh when he suddenly started choking

I waved Zyon a goodbye before giving Krevius another glass of water

" Thanks " he said and i only nodded.

I keep on thinking about Zyon because i was worried at him

" Don't worry, boss is strong enough to eliminate someone who stands in his way " Krevius spoke and i gave him a smile

I really hope so..
