Chapter 26

Zyon's POV

We were having a campfire at the house lawns when Sahara came rushing with tears flowing out from her eyes.

" What happened?" Regis asked hurriedly and stopped what he was doing.

" Blood! Brother Ashton, he's bleeding!"

" He's what?" I jumped out from my seat.

" Oh don't worry guys, it's just a small cut. I didn't know that it would scare Sahara this much. " Ashton said, shortly following Sahara from behind.

" Must be one of her traumas. Regis, take her inside " i said and Regis gave me a nod and assisted Sahara back inside the villa.

" I've been meaning to ask you this, but what's their relationship?" Ulysses asked

" They're half siblings. Sahara has been held as hostage to keep Regis in track. She experienced severe abuses, harassment and anything that those demons could do to her. "

" Now that he finally got Sahara back, he'll start his rebellion against those wetanerians. He's one of us know, i know you can't just forgive him just yet. But try to understand him, get to know him better. "

After Laustre explained to them, there was only one expression that can be seen in their faces, and that is pure Sadness.

Even Thyron who barely show any emotions, have a sympathetic look.

" What's with this gloomy atmosphere?" Regis asked when he came back.

I saw Laustre whispering something at him and he lost his smile and became serious.

" I see that they've finally decided to tell you the truth. I won't ask you to forgive me but spare my sister. She's innocent, she's a victim. I admit all that sins that i've committed are gravely unforgivable and i know that saying sorry won't be enough to repay all of those evil acts. But i would still like to apologize to you all. I am so sorry. Sorry if i made you all suffer, if i made you all feel miserable. Sorry.  "  He apologized, almost kneeling.

" I won't say that it's alright, but we'll try to understand you and to know you better. We just hope that you repent for all those sins that you did in the past " Mikhail said with his usual poker face and the rest nodded their head in agreement.

We all fell in silence not until Krevius came

" What are you guys eating? Are those grilled beef? Any steaks?" He asked and ransacked the whole place.

" Stop being so picky and just eat whatever's serve at the table. " Laustre scolded him and gave him a light smack.

" Aw! Ok fine!" He complained and sat on the ground, munching the steak.

" Just in time, Vraxx come here. Could you please take this to Sahara's room upstairs?" Ashton said and handed him the tray.

" What do you take me for? A maid? "

" A pet " Ashton said and smiled.

" The fuck. Fine, give me that " Vraxx said and snatched the tray away.

We spent time getting to know each other, it was fun knowing new people with different types of personality.

Sahara even joined us too. She's slowly lowering her guard against us and that's something to be grateful for.

" We'll be back tomorrow in the afternoon. Prepare your things, and secure the area. There must be not a single soul here besides us." I said as i covered Ashton's body with my coat and slowly stroked his hair.

" We must keep our guard up now that we have brought three innocent people with us. "

" Agree. But well fuck, if they dare attack then they must be simply stupid. " Yvan said

" No doubt, they're indeed stupid " Ulysses said while intently looking at his laptop.

" What's the update?" I asked and took a sip from my glass.

" They're planning something big. Anyway, let's just be prepared"

" I'll prepare the guns and ammos " Krevius said and stood up from his seat.

" Mm, good. Also, bring the bulletproof van here. We'll be using that tomorrow " i instructed and Krevius nodded and the four followed him from behind

" What's your plan? " Laustre asked when he finally got the chance to speak up.

" Nothing, just fire and don't die." I replied and he heave a sigh.

" What a useless–trashy plan" he commented but still smirked.

" But what would you do if they harm Ashton or any of them? "

" Those two are both important person in Ashton's life. I will not let them ruin his happiness. I'll kill them myself if that happens "

" Mm.. "

" What about you, anything new between you and Regis? "

" Don't start with me about it. He's so fucked up. He do whatever he wants, sometimes i seriously want to slit that throat of his " he complained and i laughed at him

" Stop laughing, last time he tried to steal a fucking kiss from me, in public! "

" And so, what did you do? "

" I punched him "

" Pfft, but you like him, yeah? "

" Shut up Zyon "

" Hahaha, what, stop denying you're feelings. I know that you know that you have feelings for him. " I said and he tried to punch me when i pointed Zyon with my lips, who's sleeping peacefully on my lap.

" Lucky you, or else I would've chase you with a knife in my hand. "

" What are you, a fucking psychopath? "

" No, but i will be if you keep being like an idiot."

" Whatever. Go and rest inside. I'll just stay here with Ashton for the meantime. Tell those idiots to get inside and rest early. "

He turned his back on me and waved a good bye.

Now that Laustre's gone, i took a glance on Ashton sleeping face as i brush my fingers against his face gently.

'Thank you, thank you for giving me a chance to be with you once again babe. I would take this chance to prove myself worthy of you.'

I kissed the tip of his nose and he let out a soft groan before turning back to hugged me.

Just then, i felt like my little Zyon stood up a little by his gesture.

Fuck, im such a pervert! Im so sorry baby, I'll take care of this in the bathroom first

I stood up and layed his head down on the pillow. Before i went to the bathroom to take care of my thing.

God im so sorry, give me enough patience and deep understanding that I can't just yet touch him. Guide me well so i won't do anything unholy that would make him feel violated. Amen.
