Zyon's POV

It was early in the morning when we left the house because even in weekends, works never ends.

When we arrived at the office we were greeted by our employees as we head straight to our office

" What's my schedule for today? " i ask Laustre because he is also my secretary besides the fact that he's also the vice president of this company

" You're free from 6:00-8:00 a. m. at 8:30-9:30 you have a meeting with our chinese partners– " Laustre was cut off by a sudden knock on my office door

" Come in " i said

Suddenly i felt like Laustre was rooted in his place.

When i looked up to check who it was i suddenly felt my blood rising

" What do you think you're doing here?! " i asked  angrily

The uninvited guest simply raised his hands while grinning and i saw from my peripheral vision how Laustre clenched his fist and how he sighed heavily to control his anger

" I'm here to make a deal with you " Regis, the bastard said and had the audacity to sit on the couch while crossing his legs together.

" We don't make deals with people like you, get out " i said calmly as i can and opened the door for him

He casually shooked his head and turned his eyes on Laustre

" What do you think, Lau? Since you're the smartest and rational one here. " he asked

But to his disappointment, Laustre my friend did not utter a single word and instead he stood beside me.

" I see. But it's about the Westaneria organization. Are you sure you don't want to hear it? " he asked, as if he's trying to bait us.

" We don't need it. We can provide it for ourselves " i said

" You can't. Even if you ask your most talented spy to come. " he said and i just glared at him

" Speak " i turned my head towards Laustre

" Laustre! " i shouted his name but he simply looked at me then back to Regis

" That's what i like about you, Lau. You're rational and doesn't let your emotion consume you "

" Thanks, but im sorry i don't like you " Laustre said and i just grunted

" Fine! Let's hear it! " i said and sat back on my office chair

Regis face turned serious as if he's going to reveal the unexpected things to happen.

" I'll cooperate with you guys. " he said and i nodded.

" Ok–wait.. "

Even Laustre was shock to what he just heard from Regis mouth

" You what? "

" I'll cooperate with you guys. In one condition " he said and raised his index finger

" You have to save my half sister, Sahara " he said

" Why should i? I won't save someone i don't know, especially if it's you sister, you're a snake and she might be one too. " i responded and smiled at him

" She's not! Okay?! She doesn't even know that we're siblings! She's innocent for goddness sake! If only i knew that they were the one who kidnapped my sister i would've done this a long time ago! " he yelled in frustration as he run his fingers through his hair

" Yeah? And so? What do you want me to do? Go and save her? Be your hero? No way, you've putted Ashton's life in danger, you almost got him killed Regis! You betrayed us, you tarnished our relationship! " i blurted out of anger but Laustre told me to calm down
