ASHTON'S POV

When we returned home, there's no Laustre to be found

" Where is–? " i didn't finished my word because i saw Zyon pouting

" What? " i asked

" He's not here, probably angry at us because we left him " he said

" Oh.. Ok " i said and laid myself down on the couch

" He's not by himself though, i believe he's with his secretary, Regis. " he said when i was nearly closing my eyes

" Oh? He has a secretary? And who's Regis? " i asked sleepily

" His secretary, that's all you need to know for the mean time. You sleepy? " he asked me when he saw me yawning

" Yeah " i replied.

I felt the couch deepening, then he moved my head into his lap

" Sleep " he said and brushed my hair with his fingers

I was about to close my eyes when i heard the door shut loudly.

I immediately sat straight and i saw how Zyon looked so dissapointed

We looked at the person who entered the mansion. It was Laustre

" Oh.. " i said hesitantly. He looks mad.

" Lau ahaha " Zyon laugh nervously

" You forgot about me " Laustre said, his face clearly shows that he's upset

" Hey! I saw you getting off of Regis car! " Zyon pointed out and Laustre immediately glared at him.

Stupid Zyon pfft.

" Shut it, Zyon " Laustre said and made his way upstairs.

I bursted out laughing

" Don't piss him off even more HAHAHA " i said to him laughing.

He just sighed and pouted

" I'm the master here, but he's more bossy than i am " he said that made me laugh more

" Hey stop laughing! " he said

" Ok ok, im– pfft sorry " i said trying to prevent myself from laughing

" Ash, i have a question " he said

" Wow are we that close for you to call me using my nickname? " i said jokingly

" You can call me Zy, but i would prefer if you call me love " he said and winked at me. I looked at him like he just made the most corniest joke ever

" Ok, fine. Enough with the jokes. The thing is, i want to ask you. How did you met and became friends with that brat? " he ask

" Brat? "

" Yeah, that Vraxx brat "

" I can't clearly remember. But he approached me first because he was lost since he was just a new student, a transferred student. Then he always follows me around, that's the start of our friendship. Why? " i asked him

" Oh nothing. " he shrugged then he suddenly stood up

" Let's go buy some groceries " he said

" Huh? But isn't that supposed to be Laustre's work? " i said and slowly stood up, still confuse

" Uh-huh. But im a kind master and this is my way of apologizing to him since i forgot about him earlier. " he said and picked up his car key

I nodded and followed him outside. We were still wearing our outfit this morning, but we didn't mind. It's not like we're dirty looking or something.
