After a few hours Reed reached to Los Angeles and took a cab to get to his hotel.

"Where to?" the taxi driver asked and Reed while looking outside the cab window said "The Cecil Hotel, 640 South Main Street." hearing that adress a shiver went down the taxi driver spine but he decided not to question his destionation.

Almost half an hour later Reed reached his destination and while he was entering the hotel the driver look at him and said "those unconscious outsiders" and scoffed as he was leaving to pick up his next client. Reed in the meanwhile check-in in the hotel and went to his room. Little did he know that the strangest of the things happens in that place.

A few days passed but nothing important happed until June 28th when he got a call where he was told that he needed to go to Eagle Rock where the body of Jennie Wincow was found. As he got there he talked with another officer.

"What do we here?" he asked "Jennie Wincow, 79, murdered and nearly decapitated, we found Ramirez fingerprints on the window screen" the other officer told him "how do you think he got in the house?" Reed asked while looking at the crime scene "we suppose he made his way into the house through the window" the other officer told him. Reed look around and said "you think he's gonna kill again soon?" he said while looking at the other officer waiting for an answer "well he has a strange way to kill, he has long periods of break, his first known murder was on April 10th and that's his second known murder so he could kill in three month, four months or even in a years. We will never be sure of when he'll kill again." Reed nooded listening to the officer he styed on the crime scene a little more and then went to a walk.

-Reed.. Reed.. Reed you thought you could get rid of me? Even if you're on a work trip it doesn't mean you can't kill again, every place is a good one to kill- he heard the voice on his mind but didn't care so much -Reed you can't ignore me, not for so long, sooner or later you'll kill someone else, and I know you won't regret it- the voice said before fade.

He then went on with his walk until he stopped infront of a shop and looked into the shop window and saw an other him on his left side -you'll never get rid of me, not until you'll days will be over and when that day will come all of you crimes will be known to everyone and you'll be remembered only for your crimes.- the other him, which apparently is the voice in his head said before start laughing maniacally and fade again.

He went back to the hotel later that night, took a quick shower and then while he was getting ready to get to bed he heard a knock on his room door. When he opened the door no one was there. While he was closing the door he found a letter on the floor. He grabbed it and closed the door behind him and then he went sitting on the bed opening the letter. The letter had a phrase made out of letter took from maybe the news paper or something else, he then petrified as soon as he read the letter. The letter said "your days as the innocent police officer are soon to be over" no one signed it and he freacked out. Someone must've seen him killing back in Santa Barbara.

After he read the letter he went to check the hallways close to his room, only to see that no one or anythings was there. He started shaking and closed the door fast, hid the letter and went to bed trying to forget what just happed.
