Kairi's POV
I walked into the gymnasium, it was a lot smaller than the one at my old school but it's alright. I noticed all the students. Some were playing basketball, some were playing volleyball, and some were sitting on the bleachers. I scanned the room trying to find somewhere to sit when I spotted Tori. We only talked slightly in homeroom, but she seemed nice.
"Hi Tori right?" I asked as I approached her.
"Hey girl." She smiled and waved at me. "And you're Kairi?"
I sat beside her and extended my legs slightly. "Yeah that's me." I smiled.
"You have such a pretty name." Tori said.
"Aww thank you, you're so sweet! I love yours also." I said.
She smiled at me. "So where did you move from?"
"I moved from Italy. I was born in New York for most of my life then when I turned 10 we moved to Italy." I exclaimed.
"Shii so you're like rich rich, I see you Kairi I see you." Tori chuckled. "You play any sports? Or anything like that?"
"Yeah I play tennis and I ride horses." I said simply.
"Pff of course you do that so rich country club girl." She laughed.
"Oh shut up." I chuckled. "Do you play any sports?"
"Yeah I'm the head cheerleader and I surf for fun. OH MY GOD! You should totally join the cheer team!" Tori said as she faced me practically jumping in her seat.
"Um, maybe. I wanna have a feel of the school first." I said.
"Makes sense I get that. Tryouts are in a month anyways so you have time." She smiled as she washed the students playing on the court.
I nodded. "Okay." I paused looking at the students. "So what should I know about the school? Like people and what not."
She smiled at me. "I was waiting for you to ask." She pointed to two guys playing basketball. "Those two guys there, Hayden and Logan. I know the names are a red flag in themselves. They are douchebags, very jockey and full of themselves."
"Okay so steer clear of them. Got it." I nodded.
"Over there that's Flora and Vincent. They are exchange students. Very cute couple and nice people, Vincent can be distant sometimes, he has an I have everything about you towards Flora sorta personality. But Flora is a sweetheart."
I nodded.
"Over there." She pointed to the far corner of the bleachers behind us. "That's 'Let it all out'."
"Let it all out?" I repeated back to her.
"Yeah, they are a band. They are actually really good, well good if you like rock, indie, punk, music. They have a drummer but I don't know where he is."
"Drummer?" I repeated again.
Tori nodded. "Yeah he's kinda weird and eccentric." She'd shrug. "They are all nice people but keep to themselves. Chase is the sore thumb out of them all." She chuckled.
"How so?" I asked, intrigued by this mystery drummer boy.
"As I said he's weird. He's known as the town's outcast weird kid. Gets picked on a lot, gets called a freak." She sighed.
"You're joking right? Poor thing." I frowned slightly. "What's his name?"
"Hmmm? Oh it's Chase Beckett." Tori said. "You see that girl over there?" She pointed to a blonde girl. She looked expensive, everything she wore had to be some sort of expensive designer.
