I thought as I looked at my phone.
7:33 am it read and I quickly stood up, I can't be late for my first day back after being away for 4 months.
I ran to the bathroom to shower and wash my face.
I went back to my room to put on my uniform and put on some light makeup and then rushed out of my room.
I went down and grabbed an apple and swung my bag over my shoulder before running out the door to the bus stop.
As I made my way to the bus stop I met Charlie on the way, "Hey Char! You also late?" I said as I slowed down. He laughed at me as my hair now was all frizzy after running with wet hair.
"Shut your mouth" I said and tried flattening it down with my hands.
"Soo how was your trip to Manchester?" Charlie said and nudged my shoulder, I smiled and laughed.
"Well it was cold, but also very pretty! Also, I met this guy in the city" I said and smirked up at Charlie, he looked down at me with an excited face.
"Oh my god, tell me all about him!!" He exclaimed as we walked onto the bus.
"Okay so he was tall, like a bit taller than you. I think maybe 3 inches? He had light brown hair, it wasn't styled the few times I saw him. He had blue eyes and a gorgeous smile" I said and Charlie smiled as I talked, "Someone has a crush" he said and nudged my arm with his.
"I mean, you're not wrong" I said and blushed lightly.
TIME SKIP
We arrived at school and started walking towards the gate to Truham, as we were walking someone came up behind me picking me up. I squealed as they spun me.
"Put me down!" I yelled laughing. They put me down and I stood face to face with Tao, "Oh my god I missed you so much!" Tao said as he embraced me in a big hug.
I hugged him back and grinned from ear to ear, "I missed you too! Wow, you've gotten much taller" I said and we both pulled away from the hug.
"Nope, you've just gotten shorter" Tao said flicking my forehead, "Fuck you" I said and laughed.
The bell rang and we started to walk through the gates catching up on what we had been doing the past 4 months.
God I missed these dorks
