I knocked on Taos door hoping that someone would be home at this time, and too my luck his mum opened the door.

"Y/n? What are you doing here? Is everything okay- is Tao okay?" She said and I felt my lip quiver, "Oh honey" she said and embraced my limp body.

"Dad kicked me out, I didn't know where to go" I said and she shushed me as she pulled me inside, I sniffled into her soft cardigan.

"It's okay, you're always welcome to stay here. You're like family to us y/n" she said and rubbed my back, "Let's get you a warm cup of tea and then we'll sit down and talk, okay?" She said and I nodded while wiping the few tears I had shed.

"Thank you Mrs. Xu" I said and took a seat at their kitchen table.
She made two cups of tea and handed me one.

I began telling her what had happened and how I felt stupid for acting the way I did, she told me it was okay and she totally understood why I got mad. After all, loosing your mother is a hard thing to go through.

Around an hour later Mrs. Xu had driven me past my house and I noticed that my dads car wasn't parked on the driveway any longer. I took a deep breath and then got out of her car.

"I'll be back soon, I'm just going to grab some stuff" I said and she nodded while turning off the engine.

"I'll be right here waiting for you" she assured me with a sweet smile and I walked to the door. I got out my keys that were in the pocket of my skirt and I unlocked the door.

I stepped inside and went straight up to my room after closing the door behind me.

As I walked into my room I immediately noticed how something was laying on my bed. I inched forwards and looked at what it was curiously.

"What the fuck.." I said as I picked up the piece of paper my dad had left for me.

I read it and my mouth fell open.

"Y/n, I know you're back and you are going to get your stuff. But don't worry, I put all of your belongings away into safety until you're ready to apologize to both me and Andrea.
Until further notice,
Your dad"

Fucking twat.

What did he mean "into safety"? I placed the note back down and went to open my wardrobe.

Empty.

I swore out loud and went and checked in the bathroom, my desk and even under my bed.

Nothing.

My dad had put all of my personal belongings away and I don't have a single clue where they were.

I then remembered that drawer in the bathroom.
Shit shit shit shit.

He had seen it all.
From the broken glass to the stolen razor blades.

I let out a laugh of shock as I then rushed down the stairs and into the kitchen to get the spare key to the basement.

I went to the basement door and unlocked it, I put the light on and was met by boxes piling up the stairs. One of them marked with my initials.

I opened it and saw bundles of clothes and I smiled to myself.
He must think I'm an idiot or something, because him hiding my stuff in the basement is one of the most predictable things ever.

I continued looking for more boxes and soon realised that the ones in the stairs were mine and I carried them out of the basement.

I looked at my phone and saw that I had gotten a text from Mrs. Xu asking if everything was alright and if I needed help. I texted her back saying she could help me carry some boxes.

My dad is so going to wish he had never done this.

Me and Mrs. Xu had finished up carrying all the boxes inside her house and I let out a sigh of relief as I felt my back growing sore from all the heavy boxes.

"What do you say about me ordering some food?" She asked me and I frowned.

"I'm fine, I ate like two hours ago, I'm not that hungry" I lied as I stretched.

"Alright then, you go up and rest. I'll be here if you need anything" she said with a kind smile.

"Thank you Mrs. Xu" I said and smiled back at her before turning to go upstairs and into Taos room.
I went into his room and instantly crashed onto his bed.

I was so tired and I felt like everything I could do was sleep, and that's what I did. I slept. I have no idea for how long but when I woke up Tao was sitting beside me watching something on his phone.

"Morning" he said and looked at me quickly before turning back to his phone.

"God, how long did I sleep for?" I asked as I yawned.

"No idea" he said and I furrowed my brows.
This is so unlike Tao, he's usually much more cheerful. I must've done something wrong.

"I'm sorry Tao" I said and looked at him, "I had nowhere to go. My dad kicked me out and Harry is probably over me and everything about my family. And your mum is just.. she's amazing" I continued and Tao paused whatever he was watching.

"Listen y/n" He said and put his phone away and turned to look at me, "It's not that you're here that's bothering me. It's that you never even bothered to update me on what the fuck was happening. I called you several times and you never answered" he said and I could hear a tone of anger.

"I was worried sick about you. You can't do shit like that." He said and I felt a pit grow in my throat.

"I'm sorry, my phone must've died" I said and my eyes were now looking everywhere but his face to avoid myself to give into the tears that were threatening to fall from my eyes.

"It's fine." He said and sighed, I stumbled out of his bed to walk out of his room.

"I never intended for this to happen, and just so you know; I don't want to argue" I said and walked out of his room shutting the door behind me.

I exhaled as I walked into the bathroom to check my appearance.
I looked like a mess. My hair was tangled from sleeping and my makeup was almost nonexistent.

I sighed and just looked at myself.

I started to fall back into old habits.
Picking on every flaw. Pointing out the things I hate about my body and myself and all of a sudden the door is locked, I'm on the floor, my hair is tied up and I'm shoving my fingers down my throat.

What a great day to be alive.

Hi! Sorry for the wait, and this is a really short chapter as well. So sorry about that!
I just felt the need to update you guys, plus I'm thinking of maybe wrapping this story up soon. It's been really fun getting the feedback on the story as well as just knowing people like my writing.
But I am unfortunately running out of ideas and the story is just repeating itself over and over again.
But don't worry, I will finish the story in a way you won't be left confused.

But I already have thoughts for my next story. I don't know who I should pick as the love interest though... drop suggestions and I'll look into them as possible love interests for my upcoming 'Fake dating' story as I've been really into that lately!

Anyways, all the love to you guys. Really. Without you I probably would've left this story at chapter 5.
