Luke's pov:

We arrived at the Spain int. Airport Alex is in the hospital already susunod nalang daw Kami ni tita Scarlet when the plane landed I get my bag so as tita scarlet, she's the one who get out of the plane and I was at her back there's a van waiting for us outside the airport so we went straight to it we put our bag at the back of the van the driver drove all along to the hospital where Alex is tita scarlet told me that I'll be taking care of Alex while tita scarlet will be fixing our things and she will cook some food for us

We arrived at the hospital and before going out of the van tita told me something

"Luke please take care of Alex while I'm home ok? You too take care" tita scarlet said and I smiled and nodded

"Promise I'll take care of her tita, you too take care" I said and she nodded I went out of the van and wait for tita to go home before entering the hospital

I went to the counter and asked

0l Alex's room

When I got Infront of the door of Alex's room i opened it and I saw Alex laying down in a hospital bed with a doctor and a nurse in her side

I entered the room and closed the door as I walk towards her I stand beside the doctor and put my eyes stuck on Alex when the doctor talk

"Hi are you the patience relative?" The doctor said as I turned my gaze in to him

"I'm not her relative doc. I'm just her friend" I answered and smiled

"Oh sorry my bad, by the way I'm doc zion Buenavista" doc zion introduce himself and lend his right hands for a shake hands

"It's ok, nice to meet you doc zion I'm Luke Sebastian Chua" I then introduce my self too and accept the shake hands

"Alright I'll be going first to get the results of the exams that I made on the patient and I'll be back later" doc zion said and smiled

"Ok then see you later doc " I said and also smiled at him and he went out of the room I sitted beside Alex and hold her hand

It always broke my heart seeing her lying down on the hospital bed with an oxygen on her mouth and a dextrose on her hands.

"Please wake up Alex I miss you badly bestfriend" I said while caressing her hands

Sandro's pov:

It's been 3? Or 5days? I guess since I didn't see Alex's body anywhere here in ilocos Norte's hospitals

I hired a detective to find Alex and there's no single clue on where she was

I'm here at my office here in ilocos sitting on my swivel chair while checking my emails on my laptop when someone entered my office and it's Matthew of course there's no other person who enters my office without any knock none other than Matthew

"Hey pandak I mean couz good afternoon" he said and sit in my mini sofa here in my office

"There's nothing good in my afternoon if I saw your face matt" I said and continue checking my email

"Come on pandak let's have snack" he said and went Infront of my desk and closed my laptop

"What the hell? Argh! What ever matt your still the worse in my life ever since" I said and checked my phone

"Let's have snack come on sandro" he said and rolled his eyes

I hate seeing this man always

"Fine Matthew let's go just shut up" I said and stood up I get my phone and my car keys and wallet Matthew went out of my office first and went straight to my car he even went inside without waiting for me argh!

I walked towards my car and went to the driver's seat I started the engine and we just drove all along to a restaurant

And guess what Matthew went out of my car first! As always nothing's new with him ofcourse

"Matthew! Can you wait for me?" I shouted because I'm pissed of on him already

"Oh...hehe sorry couz let's go" he said and went on me i just ordered some food for myself and for my buraot cousin ofcourse I payed for our orders  nothing's new

We find a table to seat and wait for our orders while we are waiting I get my phone from my pocket and opened it I suppose to scroll on Instagram when suddenly the detective I hired send me a text

So I opened it and I was shocked at the same time happy because of what the message says

"Mr. David allegro"
(The detective sandro hired)

From Mr. David allegro: good afternoon Mr. Marcos I have a good news for you.  I found the hospital where is Ms. Santiago confined
It's in Spain the name of the hospital is ****************

To Mr. David allegro: good afternoon Mr. Allegro, thank you for that good news you bought me, thank you so much I don't know how to repay you for helping me find Alex

From Mr. David allegro: no worries Mr. Marcos anytime I have to go thanks too!!

________

After I read the message I put back my phone in my pocket and stand up

"Where are you going couz?" Matthew asked curiously

"It's none of your business matt just eat it's already payed and tell the officials that I'll be gone for one month? I guess or more than it ok? Bye" I said and turned back at him I walked out of the resto and drove home

While on the road I was in excitement to see Alex
