Gaurav finally entered the Pandya Niwas as a tenant. Shiva hides the reason behind helping Gaurav and also lied about the rent. Dhara is angry for all these happenings. Meanwhile Gaurav gelled well with Suman, Rishita and befriends with Raavi. Shiva thinks about his decision.

Out side the court

"Dekho tum dono" Sanket started "Hum aagye court aur meine arrangements karwaa diye hai, Shiva" He looked to Shiva's side, "Chal lawyer ke paas chalte hai, woh read out kardega agreement, Tu dekhlena Shiva kuch aur bhi add karwaana ho toh clause mein?" Shiva nodded and walked along with Sanket leaving Gaurav behind him, "Heyy , Tum dono ruko yaar mere liye..." Gaurav shouted and walked fast to match their pace.

"Hmmm!! Toh Miya Siva Bharat Pandya, (while chewing betel nut) wald (Translation: son of) Darsan Mohan Pandya.... Iss Kagzaat mein dastakhat karke yeh Ikraar karte hain, Ki Muwakil Gaurav Sharad Jha, Wald Sharad Lal Jha ko apne theekane mein panaah denge... bina kisi Rokre yaani pisaa ke, Aur Miya Gaurav iss mein dastakhat karke iss baat se raazi hai ki apne kaam ka ikhtitaam karte hi Aapke yaani Siva Pandya ke Raahish gaah se Rukhsat ho lenge, Aur kuch Miya?" (Throwing Paan ki pichkari near the corner where Shiva was standing.)

"Aaayye!! Chicha, pehle toh yeh apne muh se supaari thook ke baat kar." Shiva gritted his teeth in anger. The Lawyer after wiping his face beacuse of the betel nut juice exclaimed..."Astagferullah!!!, Janaab ... Aap humse kuch bhi keh lijiye par humare Paan ko kuch na kahiye."

"Haa toh mere saamne Baat karna hai toh muh se supari nikaal ke kar, warna aisa maarunga na, Ghatak jaayega ekdin mein sara paan!" Shiva frowned in anger.. "Aur yeh jo tune do line mein jitni urdu maari na, meine zindagi mein itni nhi boli hogi, ab acha se Hindi mein muh faad."

The lawyer was already frightened because of Shiva's warning. "Mere kehne ka matlab tha Siva Miya ki, aapne jaisa kaha tha, Yeh Gaurav Janaab aapke ghar bin paise diye muft mein rahenge. aur aapka inse kaam ho jaane ke baad inhe ghar chodna parega, bas wahi likha hai." Shiva narrowed his eyes and spoke..

"Ek kaam kar, isme add kar ki agar iss Chachundar.." Gaurav frowned and cut him in the middle "Shiva not chachundar, dekho mera bhaut achaa naam hai Gaurav , call me that ok." He gave his toothy smile to him & Shiva rolled his eyes at his antics. "Haa wahi Gaurav, kya bol raha tha woh bhi bhool gya.." He again gritted his teeth and kept tongue in cheek to control his irritation and anger. "Haa yeh Gaurav ne agar Ghar mein rehte hue koi bhi kaand aur garbar ki toh isse mera Ghar chodke jaana hoga!" Gaurav eyes widened and before he could protest the lawyer told the typewriter to add it in the agreement. "Ayye aur bhi bol iss typist ko ki Ghar se toh niklega, Pann mera kaam fir bhi isse karna parega."

Shock would be an understatement for Gaurav after Shiva's addition in the clause. He angrily pouted and when the lawyer handed him to sign the papers he reluctantly before frowning signed it. Shiva chuckled at this side and finally breathed in relief and satisfaction.

"Mujhe Dukaan mein kaam hai mein jaata hun, Aur tu!!" Pointing finger towards Gaurav "Kaam pe lagjaa" Gaurav non interestingly nodded . Shiva left with Sanket on his bike and Gaurav called someone.
