POV: Nicholas

"My name is Nicholas, you can call me Mr Nic. I will teach you guys Geography this year." I said, pointing to the written name on the board. I smiled and smiled to reassure the new ones, so that I wouldn't give them a bad impression. I hope I look like a fun teacher..

I gazed through the students, and found one particular girl sitting in the 3rd row, seat 2. She looked nervous and scared. So, I looked at her eyes, and smiled at her. I'm not sure if it helped, but I hope it did.

After that, I introduced myself to everyone and told them to do the same thing as well. When I reached her, she stood up and shivered. I didn't know what to do, but I found myself doing this.

I bent down and whispered to her in a soft, gentle voice, in hopes of calming her down so that she can speak.

"What is your name?" I asked, in high hopes that she would answer me.
"I.. I am EL."

EL.. EL.. What a beautiful name.

"Nice to meet you." I said, still whispering.
"And what do you look forward to?"
"I.. I want to.. I want to do well in Geography."

That answer shocked me. That answer.. I've heard it before. No, I must be wrong. That can't be.

Still being shocked, I gave her a welcome smile and moved on to other person.

After a few hours passed by, the school bell started to ring. Geography class has ended.

"Okay everyone, class is over. Do remember to bring your textbooks and workbooks for tomorrow's lesson!"

I left the classroom and went back into the teacher's office. I walked up to my desk and took a seat. I typed some words on the laptop and paused. I remembered someone had said the same thing too. But.. who..?
