POV: EL
Years passed by so quickly.
I graduated middle school.
I moved on to high school.
I graduated high school.
Now, it's a new book with the starting chapter.
Today is my first day in college.
I walked through the gates, to the classroom I was assigned to. When I reached the classroom, I opened the door. Many unfamiliar faces began to look at me, then continue on what they were doing.
Oh god, I don't know if I'm able to survive in here.
I sat on a random empty seat and began to stare into space. Not for long, a familiar voice called out.
"EL! I didn't know you were in the same school, yet same class too!"
I turned around and noticed Hoshi, standing in front of me.
Within seconds, my frown turned upside down. I gestured and invited her to sit beside me and we started to have a conversation.
After a while, class started.
A teacher walked in and introduced herself.
"Good morning class. I'm Mrs Adams, and I'll be your form teacher for the whole year. Now, before we start, let's introduce ourselves. Stand up and recite your name."
And one by one, everyone started to stand up and say their name, before sitting back down.
"Hello everyone, I'm Hoshi."
And now, it was my turn.
I stood up and noticed everyone staring at me. I gulped and stood there, silent. I couldn't mutter a single word. Just then, I remembered the first time I ever attended Mr Nic's class. Without hesitation, I spoke my name and sat back down.
"Hi, my name is EL. Nice to meet you all."
