The Rocky Start

Off was never a stranger to New's innermost feelings, he was a best friend and they were the 3 Musketeers and they grew up in the industry together, hence in their circle Off was New's safe space from Tay.

He knew New had this feeling for Tay from back then because he was New's wall, the wall that listens and never talks back. He was safe until he started catching feelings for him too.

Long before they started their affair Off knew that the obstacle to leap and the biggest hurdle to come through was New's special feelings for Tay, though the latter had zero knowledge about it at all.
He was there when New cried and tried to get into relationships just to remind him that Tay cannot be it, that Tay was his best friend and Tay was straight.

This was made clear when Tay had a girlfriend back then and New was heartbroken he was there. He was his wall the wall that slowly crumbled down because of his feelings for the younger.

When everything went loose and Off's feelings came to light, the younger just took it as a joke and lived one every day to his teasings and subtle whispers of endearment. It went on for a year until that very moment backstage. New on the other hand had gotten over his feelings for Tay and accepted that things were just not meant to be decided to move on.

At first New was just as confused about how to approach Off's outburst and how he had responded differently than he expected of himself.

They were friends and best friends at that, dealing with the fear of ruining friendships is the hardest they had to overcome eventually New catching feelings for Off as well, an effort Off paid a lot of attention to. Just to make his feelings known.

It was not perfect they started with an ambiguous relationship and now hiding that fact from everybody else.

New often reassured Off that he had long grown of his feelings for Tay and Off is the only person he thinks and loves now but Off being Off still thinks about what he fears most in the back of his mind.

New being taken away by Tay again.

He fears that if ever he made a slight mistake New would eventually tire out and think of Tay again, his one-sided love for him coming back out to the surface.

He feared how he feared after all of this New would be gone in a flash.

He stared at Tay and New at a distance as they shoot for School Rangers, they are close yes because they are best friends like me but Isn't Tay a little too touchy nowadays. Is it me or are they hanging out a lot lately?

New even ignores me nowadays.

"Fuck!"- Off

Off muttered in silence.

" If looks could kill, Pet would have been sprawled to the ground, tsk"- Gun

Gun whispered in his ear too closely that it almost kissed his ear. Adding up to his irritation when New looked their way at the same time flashing his disappointed look on him and carrying on talking to Tay.
His blood boiled immediately he stood up from his chair making Gun startle and stumble beside him.
He shot Gun a dangerous look before warning him.

"You, shut up!"- Off

He said startling everybody around the set. Then he stormed off.
Making Tay and New walk towards Gun and his direction with confused faces. He never did hear what had happened next as he stormed off, he was sure Gun would act up again acting all hurt and pitiable.

But he could not care less he was furious. Mad at himself and mad at what he was thinking, it stemmed from the jealousy that Gun had put in his mind. He was pissed and he just wants to get home hide under the covers of New's sheets and be engulfed by his scent. Then he would calm down but life has its way of pissing him off more when he heard Tay come after him.
