When I woke up I was facing a white ceiling, mistaking it for my room I didn't get up and closed my eyes again.

I wanted to sleep, it was like my body weighed a thousand tons it was heavy lifting a finger and I felt like I was having a hangover.

Wait did I drink alcohol at the dinner, I didn't remember anything. Till a cool hand was on my forehead.

"Baby? .. "- Off

"Five more minutes babe, I'm tired" - New

"Tsk, must be the drug, ssshhhh okay go to sleep.. I'll be right here" - Off

He muttered something I can't understand as I dozed off.

Again I was woken up, it seems as if there are people in my room. I think they are arguing. But I can't hear them at all.

"Ba..byyy... Water plea..seee" - New

My throat was parched and my eyes are half opened as I see him coming to me.
He made me lean on the headboard and drank a bit of water. When I can see clearly, Tay was there on the couch sitting.

I scrunched up my brows I don't remember having a couch in my room. Then I scanned the area, it was not my room.

"Where am I?"- New

"Baby, you're in the hospital"- Off

I suddenly covered his mouth how can he recklessly call me baby in front of Tay who is looking at us?
Tay stood up and went to the side of the bed.
I was sweating do I have to explain now?

"I was worried Hin? why didn't you call us?" - Tay

"I'm sorry... I... I thought I could handle it before I knew it things blacked out I was going to..." - New

I was panicking about how to explain the situation.

"Baby.." - Off

Off hugged me and I was looking at Tay.

Then tears fell off my eyes a burden that was keeping this a secret from Tay was lifted.

"It must have been so hard, I'm sorry" - Tay

Then I started crying.

"Heyyyy!!!!! I told you not to make him cry Peng!!"- Off

Off who was latching onto me sat beside me and wiped my tears.

"It's okay ... Were okay... Don't cry alright ssssshhhhhh" - Off

He hugged me tightly saying words of assurance and comfort.
After I calmed down they started telling me what had happened after dinner.
I was about to be released later in the afternoon and was just waiting for my face to swell down and the drug to wear off.

"What about Gun?"- New

I meekly asked when Off stopped peeling oranges for me, his brows shot up. I knew he was angry as he was about to say something Tay cut him off.

" I'll talk to him... Peng just let me handle this first"- Tay

Off with a cold voice answered Tay as if warning him.

"You better or I'm the one who's gonna talk to him, that midget doesn't have any remorse for what he did! Tsk!"- Off

I placed my hand on his shoulder and turned to look at him softly like he was not angry a while ago.
