It's a late night, and it's been a couple weeks or so since Bakugou and Toga started dating. Now that they had spent more time together, Bakugou knew that his feelings were fairly legitimate. Even if he thought it wasn't love, he at least knew that he wanted to be with her, or that he wanted to be around her. He liked having her around. He liked holding her after their nights of love making, and he liked when she held him. He enjoyed the comfort that she brought to his heart.

As he stumbles into his apartment, closing the door behind himself, he walks over to his couch with his boots scraping across the floor. Once he makes it over to the couch, he falls onto it, allowing himself to be consumed in the soft cushions. He sighs, placing his bottle of liquor onto the coffee table beside him.

Kirishima opens the front door, and pokes his head out from behind it.

Kirishima: Hey man, I was just jokin around. You don't look that much like a Pomeranian.

Bakugou: ...I'm to tired for this shit. Please just go home.

Kirishima makes his way into the apartment, and closes the door. He grabs himself a seat from the kitchen table, and sits down.

Kirishima: Well I would, buuut you know how far my parents place is, at least whenever I come out here to chill with you. So I'll probably crash here for tonight. My parents said their cool with it, so no need to worry 😁.

Bakugou: ...Gee... Thanks...

Kirishima: No problem,hehe.

As silence starts to fill the room, kirishima is able to quickly think of a conversation topic. However, it is a topic that Bakugou most likely wouldn't respond well to. Even so, kirishima asks anyways, out of concern for his friend.

Kirishima: ...Sorry if this is a bit intrusive, but... How are you and your mom... If you don't mind me asking... It's been quite a while.

A gripping pain wrapped around bakugou's heart. And as this tightening feeling grasped his chest, he started to think of his mother. Regret, and pain grew with every second of these thoughts. The more they lingered, the more he grieved. He turned his gaze to the ceiling, hoping to find some way to change the subject.

Bakugou: I.... Really don't wanna talk about her...

Kirishima sighs.

Kirishima: Look... I know it ain't any of my business bud... But you can't ignore her forever... I know that she treated you badly, but I hear that she's been trying to do better.

Bakugou: Pff... Of course it's only when I'm gone, that she decides to "do better".

Kirishima: Hey, that's not how it should be looked at.

Bakugou: Oh really, how should it be looked at then! Who knows if what you heard is even true!

Kirishima: I ain't trying to argue Katsuki, I'm just trying to help. It would be good for you to see your mom, especially after what happened to your dad.

Bakugou grits his teeth and quickly stands from the couch. He kicks the coffee table out of anger.

Bakugou: YOU DON'T KNOW NOTHIN!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO HAVE A DEAD DAD ROTTING AWAY!!

Kirishima was used to these outbursts sadly. He knew that this was a touchy subject for him. Even so, he tried his best to lead him down the right path.

Kirishima: ...I get that your hurting man... I know it's hard...But living alone like this... Drinking away your life... That isn't living. I understand that-

Bakugou: YOU DONT UNDERSTAND!!! YOU WON'T UNDERSTAND TILL YOU GO THROUGH, WHAT I WENT THROUGH!!! I SAW HIM BLEEDING!! I SAW HIM CRY!!! I SAW HIS EYES AS HE SLIPPED AWAY FROM ME!!! AND I-!
