Chapter 11: Beware of Your Thoughts

Arriving at the royal stable, the Omega prince found who he was searching for, giggling and having a good time with a beta maiden by his side.

Xiao Zhan strolled forward, his blank eyes watching the way the maiden continuously touched his Alpha's chest flirty, completely oblivious of his presence. He stopped, then cleared his throat, which instantly got their attention.

"Xiao Zhan?" Wang Yibo called a bit startled to find the omega here, he reached him. "What are you doing here, it's filthy and unsuitable."

"I learned you are going hunting tonight, I wish to join you," he brusk, and the lady behind hissed before walking towards them, moving her hips from side to side in her tight tweeds, showing off her sinful curves.

"Hunting is not meant for omegas like you." She intruded, standing beside Wang Yibo.

Xiao Zhan tilted his head. "What's meant for an omega like me?" He catechized, with visible curiousity.

She hissed, scanning the omega prince over, from head to toe before meeting his eyes. "Omegas are feminine, vulnerable, you have no hunting skills, you are not meant for hard work. You can't come with us,"

Us? Xiao Zhan nearly raised an eyebrow. She was going with him, as what? He turned to Wang Yibo. "Alpha?"

"Della is right, you can't come with us, it's too dangerous, you might get yourself injured and it's not suitable for an omega to go hunting," Wang Yibo verbalized, taking a step closer as he took hold of both Xiao Zhan's hands, giving them light kisses. "What do you want, I will get you whatever you want?"

"I want to come,"

"Quit being stubborn, what are you going to do there!?" The lady Xiao Zhan now knew as Della voiced in a snippy tone, her blue eyes were now glaring.

"What are you going to do there?" Xiao Zhan equally questioned but in a calmer and curious tone. He looked back at his alpha. "If you don't want me with you, I will not disturb you further," he turned to leave but Wang Yibo stopped him in his tracks.

"I don't wish for you to think am stopping you from doing what you want. If you insist, you can come with us,"

Della's eyes widened. "But Alpha!" She whined.

Wang Yibo ignored her, his gaze not wandering away from the omega's face "We will be leaving at dusk, change out of your skirt. Jiyang would find you something fitting,"

Xiao Zhan stared confusedly. "Can I not go like this, trousers are meant for Male-Alphas and male-Betas," He mumbled, Wang Yibo laughed out at the clueless tone while Della felt attacked as she looked down at her hunting trousers.

"It's a forest, trousers make you walk freely when hunting, and you won't have to worry about lifting your skirt every minute,"

Xiao Zhan's gaze averted to Della. Would he also look that good wearing trousers? He had never worn anything out of his comfort zone. They looked quite uncomfortable with how tight they were around her hips.

"If you feel uncomfortable, you don't have to change," Wang Yibo instantly noticed the confusion lingering in his eyes.

"It's a chance to try something new, I won't miss it," Xiao Zhan resounded.

Wang Yibo's smile widened. "Very well,"

"I will be back in a few minutes, my lord," Xiao Zhan curtsy when Wang Yibo finally let go of his hands.

"Take your time,"

With that, Xiao Zhan turned and walked back into the palace, leaving Wang Yibo standing there with a wide grin on his lips, thousands of thoughts circling in his head and none of them were good. Was it wrong that he looked forward to seeing the Omega in trousers? He chuckled to himself and turned back to the horses.

"My Lord, he's going to do nothing but hinder us," Della voiced while Wang Yibo shrugged, uncaring.

"I think he will look cute,"

Xiao Zhan didn't know how to feel as he returned with something different.

Wang Yibo stared with his mouth on the floor, taking in the sinful curves of the omega in a pair of black trousers, loose white sleeves that was tucked into his pants, held by a firm black belt, a pair of fancy black riding boots and a white veil while his long hair held up in a high poly tail, revealing more of his smooth forehead.

Wang Yibo scanned the Omega over, his pear shade body, his larger hips that appeared so fitting in those tight pants, the Omega was desirable, he couldn't tear his gaze away.

"Do you think this is too much?" Xiao Zhan inquired, a bit panicked, thinking his alpha didn't find him alluring.

Wang Yibo instantly broke free from his trance, positioning his finger under the omega's chin and lifting his head, their eyes locking. "You look ravishing!" Wang Yibo didn't need to take off the veil to know the Omega was blushing beneath as his eyes asserted more than his expression. He leaned in and pressed his lips on Xiao Zhan's smooth forehead.

Della equally scanned the Omega over, jealousy swelling in her chest realizing the omega's body was ten times more better than hers but never in hell would she admit that, not when that Omega was stealing her alpha. The third prince has always been hers from the start. She worked hard to make him bed her and now that she was finally having him in her grasp, a bloody Omega prince showed up. No, she wouldn't allow it. She cleared her throat. "My prince, it's getting late, we need to start going," she intruded on their moment.

Wang Yibo withdrew. "Right, I will get the horses," he turned and walked to the horses, leaving the two together.

Xiao Zhan gawked at the female beta, he took a step forward while she stood her ground, challenging, daringly that Xiao Zhan found childish.  He stopped two feet away from her, his brown eyes glistening with an eerie glint, so unmatched. "Your thoughts are bizarre, control them around me." He told before walking past her with an authoritative aura that had her gasping for air.
