Dáinn rushed out the door, leaving a crack. Bai He stumbled back, her ears ringing. The world tilted on its axis as a tremor shook the building. She turned to find Dáinn gone, the door swinging shut behind him. Panic surged through her as she lunged towards the door, but her mother's grip held her fast.

"Don't!" her mother's voice was a hoarse whisper. "It's too dangerous."

Her eyes darted to the open doorway, worrying about Dáinn. Then back to watch the chaos on the TV. A deafening crack of thunder echoed through the house, followed by a blinding flash of purple light.

Bai He's heart pounded in her chest. A teenage boy, a blur of color on a sleek motorbike, appeared from outside of the shattered window. He was a tiny figure against the monstrous backdrop of the city, yet his defiance ignited a spark of hope in Bai He. The boy was a target, a constant movement against the invisible enemy that fired deadly purple beams.

With each passing moment, the situation grew more desperate. The city was a cacophony of fear and chaos. Bai He clung to her mother, her mind racing. Hoping Dáinn to come back as she observes the outside from the window.

Dáinn's Pov

Dáinn burst through the front door, the world outside a chaotic inferno of shattered glass and crumbling concrete. The monstrous figure of the Demon Bull King loomed over the city, a malevolent titan casting a shadow of fear.

The Demon Bull King's yellow eyes locked onto the teenager with a red band on his head, a low, guttural growl rumbling from its colossal chest. "The little thief returns," it bellowed, its voice a cavernous echo through the shattered city. A surge of purple energy coalesced in its arm, forming a menacing beam of destructive force.

The blast of energy washed over Dáinn, but he managed to dodge and stay on his feet. A quick glance behind revealed a teenager on a motorcycle, weaving through the city's chaos. The boy looked familiar, perhaps the 'little thief' the creature had mentioned.

"Regardless," Dáinn muttered, his focus shifting to the immediate threat. A pair of smaller laser beams sliced through the air, targeting the reckless motorcyclist. The teen dodged the first, but the second grazed his bike, sending sparks flying.

The cliff edge loomed closer with each passing second. The teen's desperate maneuvers were a distraction, a mesmerizing ballet of danger. But Dáinn knew he couldn't afford to be a spectator. With a deep breath, he launched himself into the void.

MK's POV

"Who was that guy? Never mind that. I have to stop DBK from taking over Megapolis!" MK gripped the handlebars tighter, his knuckles white. Adrenaline surged through him as he gunned the motorcycle, preparing for the leap.

As he launched himself into the void, a blinding flash of light erupted before his eyes. When his vision cleared, the world was frozen in an eerie stillness, bathed in an unnatural golden hue. Confusion washed over him. "Uhh, WHAT...? Why is everything gold again? Hmm..." He blinked, trying to make sense of the surreal scene.
