"please?"

chris had been trying to get you to go somewhere with him for a while now.

it was supposedly 10 minutes away, and was worth all the walking. he wouldn't tell you what the place was though.

"you swear you aren't gonna murder me or something? it's kinda late to be going out."

"no y/n. i'm not gonna murder you."

"swear?"

"i swear."

"whatever. fine." you tell him, finally giving in.

"FINALLY!"

"just because i cant sleep."

"like i said- it'll be worth it. and take my sweater, it's cold out."

"it's summer." you roll your eyes.

"it's freezing outside, y/n."

he picks up his sweater he threw off to the side, and places it around you.

"trust me."

"what about you? arent you gonna wear a sweater?"

"nah. im okay."

"but you make me wear a sweater?"

"you're gonna get sick! if you get sick, i cant see you as often."

you adjust his sweater, and put it on right.

"ugh, i guess."

he takes your hand, and leads you to the place.

10 mins later

-

"you think anyone heard us leave?" you ask him.

"they're all busy. plus, my parents are dead asleep."

"true.."

"but um, i've been wanting to show you this place since we started dating."

"your murder spot?" you laughed.

"no.. my secret spot."

"yeah? and what do you do there?"

"i go there when i need to chill out. or when i'm bored and stuff."

"and you waited this long to show me?"

"you never wanted to come when i asked!"

"true.. true.."

"look." he points.

he pointed to a isolated spot near a few trees, wrapped with string lights.

"did you put those up?" you ask him, walking closer to see the lights.

"i put them up yesterday. i thought you'd like them."

"i do! they're cute."

"come sit over here."

you sat next to chris, and looked beneath you.

the spot was on a small hill, so you could see the whole city.

"it's pretty here." you tell chris.

"i know."

he pulls you closer to him, and puts the hoodie part of your sweater up.

"hey!"

"it's cold."

"yeah, but i wanna feel the breeze."

he puts the hood back down, and wraps his arm around you.

"fine."
