Rindou's POV

I was running on my way to Ayaka's hospital room

I left Haru sleeping on the couch and leave a note instead then went to hospital after my brother gave me the address

"Where is she?" I asked, seeing my brother standing outside the room

"they're inside the room, the doctor still talking to her mom" he explained but it's obvious on his voice that he's down because of what happened

"I-is she okay?"

"She's in a coma Rindou, her brain got damaged. There's a possibility that she'll woke up with amnesia or never woke up again..."

I began feeling nervous after knowing that dangerous risk

I slowly sat on the ground, due to this unwell feelings. I can't stop myself from trembling

He's not the mastermind, right? Its just an accident...

Suddenly, the doctor came out from the room

giving us a signal that we can go in now

We went inside the room and found Ayaka's mom holding her hand, feeling down

"Auntie..." My brother mumbled

She's crying out of feeling worried to her only daughter

"Sorry if this had to happen Auntie..." i said, trying to comfort her

I shot my gaze on Ayaka's unconcious body, lying on a hospital bed

"Where's the driver who hit her anyway?" My brother asked

"I already report him to the police. I can pay all the hospital bills, he deserves it for hitting my daughter" she explained

Me and my bother looked at each other despite of seeing her Mom being a woman

"is it on purpose?" I asked but she glared at me

"s-sorry Auntie..."

"Rindou" i looked at my brother after hearing him calling my name

"Let's leave them for awhile" he uttered as i just nodded as an answer

We left the room together but before disappearing completely, i took a peek on her mom who continue her crying

"Follow me"

i heard my brother said, making me looked at him with confusion

However, i still followed him like what he said

The atmosphere turn quiet as we both entered his car on the parking lot

"Where are we going?" I asked

But instead of answering me, he ignore me and keep on driving

I can't stop thinking on what in his mind. His silence giving me a sudden nervous on my body

I feel like he's mad out of nowhere

I didn't say anything and just wait for him to stop the car

After a few minutes, the car stopped in front of the hospital

"What are we going to do here?" I asked but he's still not giving me a response

I went outside the car and followed him
