~At the med hut

"DANIEL," I yelled.

"Yes?" he said.

"Can you test this for me?" I asked handing a vial of the liquid from the Griever sting.

"Of course Tigris. Do you want me to tell everyone else or?" Daniel asked.

"No, just tell Newt what's going on. I'm afraid that she won't last long. But I'll try to keep her alive to the best of my knowledge. We just need to have faith that she'll come back to us," I replied

"All right Tigris," he replied.

"Thank you, Daniel," I thanked him.

(Next month)

"Hey, Greenie. Let's get out of this thing shall we?" I said to the newbie. Once out of the box he bolted for the maze doors.

"Oh no you don't," I said, landing in front of him.

"Why can't I go in there," He asked angrily.

"It's a maze. If you go in there you'll die. Only experienced Runners go in there," I said and he seemed to understand.

~That night

Newt wasn't at the bonfire so I went looking for him. I found him by Fey's bedside, holding her hand and crying.

"Come here, I know it's hard and I know she'll make it. She'd one strong gal. In fact, she's one of the strongest that I know," I said.

"She suffers a lot," he said through tears. "She doesn't show it, but I can see it in her eyes. She's constantly in pain."

"I know. I saw it in her face. And I heard her crying to sleep at night before you two started dating. She even told me about the nightmares, well memories she had. They constantly plagued her dreams. Has she told you about them?" I asked, making sure he knew. He looked shocked and slightly hurt.

That's when he said, "No! She never told me about any nightmares!"

"I know it's not my place to tell but I have to for your sake and hers," I said.

"Well, she always looked like she wanted to tell me something, but anytime she would get started, someone would come by and she'd go silent," he said. So I told him everything she told me in those nightmares.

"And that's all I know right now. She might have more that I don't know of," I said, ending the conversation about the nightmares.

"Okay thank you for telling me," Newt said.

"No problem, little brother," I said, messing his hair up while getting up and getting ready to head out the door.

"Oh, before I forget we are Eternals Newt, same as Fey, Daniel, and Alby. Which means we can't die," I said. He just stared at me in shock from what I had told him, "Now come on she would have wanted you to be happy. You need to relax just for an hour, that's all I ask of you."

*sigh* "Okay, just for an hour Tigris," He said defeated.

"Thank you Newt, I know it's hard for you right now," I said with a sad but grateful smile.

-A minute after Newt left the bonfire-

"Hey baby," I said sadly.

"Hey babe, how are you holding up with all that happened a month ago?" Ably asked.

"Okay, I guess just seeing Newt like that over Fey makes me wonder what if it was me and you instead in that situation," I said scared.

"Sugar Cube, are you okay?" Fry asked.
