After Verena had explained to Dick, Rachel and Kory what her powers were, they were now focused on Kory.
She stood where Verena was once standing. She titled her head back, Verena watched in amazement as her skin started to glow orange and her curly hair a bright red, Kory grunts as she thrusts her two hands towards the hay bails as fire erupted out of her hands, a blazing heat making a hole in the tractor. She turned around and fixed her hair, "I suppose I could use a bit of practice." She smiled and walked back into her spot.
"You're just like me..." Verena had whispered to herself, it was almost like she connected to Kory in a way she couldn't explain. Dick turned to Gar with a smile on his face. Gar gulped, and went to the center. Connie could tell he was trying to activate his powers, he cracks his neck and Dick seemed unimpressed. "Any time today would be good." He made a comment and Gar turned around to face him. "It's, uh, I cant..." He stutters, "Everyone turn around. It's makes him nervous." Rena had instructed and everyone rose eyebrows.
"Hold on, you have to be naked to..." Dick didn't like where the sentence was going, "Yeah," Gar told him, "But it'll be worth it. I promise. Just uh, turn around." Everyone turned around wand waited a couple seconds until a loud growl had came behind them. Verena smiled, as the green tiger appears in front of them. Kory chuckled, "What do you know, it was worth it." Dick was hesitant and had a fearful look in his eyes, Rachel smiled and Verena did too. "How?" Dick asked, still looking in amazement, "He got sick." Verena answers for him, Kory turned and looked over to her in confusion.
"The flu turned him into a tiger?"
Gar groans as he approached Rena, nuzzling his head against her leg, "Hey tiger." She patted his head and he purred. "Okay, you can turn back now. Into Gar." Dick had informed him, still scared of the green tiger next to Rena, she had patted his head one more time before walking to where the next of the group was. The sound of bones cracking, grunts and flesh could be heard as once a tiger stood there had turned back into a teenage boy. A naked one at that. "Ta-Da!" He exclaimed, unaware that he was butt naked in front of them.
Everyone looked away disgusted, "Gar!" Rachel had pointed out, he looked down, now embarrassed. "Ah. Heh." Kory just laughs at the boy as he scrambled to put his clothes back on. "Cute butt." Verena had giggled to herself. Gar had zipped up his jacket, Dick had many questions. "So have you eaten anyone before?" That made Connie and Gar laugh at him, "Eaten? No. Dude, I haven't even bitten anyone before." Gar walks past him and stands next to Verena,
"He's so lost." The girl had whispered to him, Gar could only smirk, agreeing with his best friend. "Okay," Dick had started off, "So we have enchantress, sun woman and tiger boy," He had said the names given, making Verena snicker at him in annoyance, "There's definitely potential here. Rachel, you're next." Her smile had faded off her face. It almost looked like she saw a ghost walked passed her, "No, I could hurt someone." Shaking her head rapidly, "Hurting people is kind of the idea here." Kory nudged in, "I could hurt one of you." Rachel claimed, a sad look on her face.
