Chapter 10 -Song Writing-

After breakfast i was bubbly and ready to write a song with shawn, because I'm going to an actual school an writing a song with the SHAWN MENDES.

I went into the song room and saw Shawn sitting there.

"You can't watch your TV show, I can watch what I want to wat-" he saw me listening.

I clapped my hands.

"You re amazing!" I smirked.

"Thanks" he replied.

He strummed his guitar.

I went and at down next to the piano and guitar.

"This is a cool piano, I always love the sound of it when my dad played, but he would never let me touch it or he would punch me." I closed my eyes and my stomach tightened up at the thought.

"Oh, god, Audrey I'm sorry to hear that.." Shawn spoke.

He wrapped his arms around me in a hug.

"Thanks Shawn I appreciate it."

A couple minutes later I listened to shawns songs. the ones I like the most were 'Show you' and 'Life of the party'.

"So you really like the piano huh?" He asked.

"Yeah my sister always listened to it, she wouldn't let me listen, but I did. She was really stuck up and annoying, she was pretty good at the piano though." I giggled.

He laughed.

"Want me to teach you. I'm not that good myself, but I would be willing to teach you want I know." he asked.

My eyes widened, "really?" I asked.

"Of course," he smiled.

"Thanks so much it means loads!"

That night Shawn told me that I was better than him at the piano!

OMG

We stayed up late, I mean it was Saturday.

We wrote a song.

Well kinda.

I learned a bunch of his songs.

"Take your shot it might be scary hearts are gonna break but we don't have the time to be sorry, so baby be life of the party." I heard a silent knock on the door as it creaked open.

Aaliyah peeked in. "woah. you guys are amazing, can I sing?"

Shawn smiled and said "Yeah, sure of course! I've never really thought you were the type to sing Aaliyah.." he laughed.

I smiled as I watched Charley and Connor make our dinner. They were laughing and holding hands. Boy, I'm happy for them.
