Chapter Nine -Schooooollll?-

After that crazy day me. Con and Charley fell right asleep right when we got home.

"Hey Audrey wake up!" It was Shawn.

"Woah..um well good morning to you also Shawn!" I laughed at his bed head.

I hadn't known Shawn for a while I mean we've only been hear for a couple days, but I feel like we are really close and I haven't really talked to him.

"So today I wanted to teach you a song, you cool with that?" He smiled shyly.

"Yeah of course lemme get ready and I'll meet you....?" I asked.

"Downstairs, the practicing room it has a coat hanger on the front that says Sing!" He spoke.

"You got it." I said.

"K, I'll see you in a couple minutes!" He said walking out.

"Okay." I said to myself.

"Hmm...what should I wear today?" I looked in the mirror.

Today I was excited so I picked the outfit based on my mood.

I picked out a shirt that said "Dreamer💭"

Leggings.

Brown uggs, that I got with grandma.

I smiled looking at them on my skinny little legs.

I went downstairs to see Con and Charley flipping pancakes together.

I grabbed a plate.

"Hey Charley?" I asked.

"Oh good morning Audrey." they both said at the same time.

"Can I have some orange juice please?" I asked.

Then Alliyah walked in.

"Hey Audrey!" She said sitting next to me and grabbing a pancake.

"Hi!" I said.

We both dug into our pancakes.

"These are amazingly good pancakes you guys!" She said with a mouthful of pancakes.

"Thankyou!" Charley said.

Connor handed me a cup of orange juice and grabbed a plate.

"So baby be the life of the party, I'm tellin' you take your shot it might be scary hearts are gonna break..." We heard Shawn start singing

He was on his phone an coming into the kitchen/dining room.

"Oops...uh you guys weren't uh supposed to hear that.." He turned bright red.

Alliyah laughed.

"It's okay Shawn it was amazing!" I said smiling.

"Yeah Shawn it was great! I wish I was a good singer!" Charley laughed.

Connor folded his arms and immediately said "Hey Charls um lets make this pancakes!"

"Hey Audrey almost ready to learn the song?" Shawn said.

"Yeah!" I said with a mouthful of pancake.

He looked at me confused.

I knew that what I did was impolite.

"Sorry, I'm yeah I'm almost ready!" I smiled.

"Okay I'll be in the practice room." He smiled back and walked down the hall.

"Oh, Audrey me and Connor got something to tell you!" Charley said turning around and putting pancakes in a big blue plate.

"Oh gosh not this..i don't want to leave.." tears filled my eyes.

I knew it was going to be something about the cops or my parents...or parent.

"No, no, no, no!" She said "It's good news!" Charley said sympathetically.

"Oh oops" I laughed "what?"

Oh I guess not..all my life it's been bad news, well except for when I got adopted, ugh I remember that girl who I had to share a room with at miss suzies...i forget her name though..or for when I got the news that I would be going to meet Shawn Mendes! {also comment if you remember the girl that Audrey had to share a room with at Miss Suzies!}

"You are..." Charley spoke.

Connor placed more pancakes on the blue plate and finished Charley's sentence "going to school with Alliyah!"

Omigosh!

I was speechless! School?
