Chapter Eleven
~~~~~ Kylie - God Works in Mysterious Ways ~~~~~
"5 years ago I was a freaking mess and now I'm a freaking mess but at last I'm at peace with it. I mean I'm still me but with a much cooler fashion sense. You should have seen me in middle school. I was a wreck." Kylie continued to hang her dresses trying to separate them by color and length. She then turned to Alex who was laying on her bed putting the dresses on the hangers.
"So you're telling me that you actually used to wear something other than summer dresses? I find that hard to believe." The comment earned Alexandria Santiago a glare and a slap on the arm with said dresses. Alexandria simply laughed knowing she was right about the girl.
"At least I dress like a girl unlike some people." Kylie said quite proud of her comeback. She got the last dress from a hurt Alexandria and hung it in the closet finally done with the dreadful task. They had been organizing Kylie's closet all morning. They had organized Alexandria's closet first because it was easier since most of her shirts were the same sleeve length.
"I'll have you know that I do dress like a girl. A girl that couldn't give a rat's as-" Alex wanted to tell Kylie that she didn't care what people said about her fashion choices but chose the wrong words. Kylie then threw a nearby pillow right at her face causing Alex to momentarily stop talking.
"There's no need for your potty mouth." Kylie retorted folding her arms together. "I have to kiss that mouth of yours, you know." Kylie smirked already loving the idea. Alexandria on the other hand did not agree with the pillow throwing.
"Well you don't have-" Alex was once again interrupted by a pillow thrown at her face. She screamed into it for a few seconds not believing that she had let the girl surprise her twice in a row. "You are running out of pillows sweetheart, so I suggest you use them wisely." She took the pillow away from her face admitting to herself that she was letting the girl get the upper hand way to many times.
Kylie laughed and threw herself onto the bed right next to Alexandria. "I don't need any pillows to this, sweetheart." Kylie kissed the girl gently wanting to make her point but Alexandria seemed to get it loud and clear as she deepened the kiss.
"It's crazy how I automatically smile when I'm with you." Kylie admitted holding the girls face in her hands not quite believing that an entire year had gone by.
"It's the charm." Alex smirked slightly feeling very proud of herself for inflicting such emotions on the girl.
"I'm serious." Kylie said briefly ending the kiss so she could look at the girl in the eyes. "I am the most indecisive person on this earth, yet I'm so fucking sure of you." Kylie tried to be serious but realized that she was talking with Alexandria Santiago who was almost never serious when it came to the serious couple stuff.
"You just can't resist the charm. No one can resist the charm." Alexandria laughed as Kylie slightly hit her arm. "You know it's true." Alexandria said smirking.
Kylie did indeed know this which is exactly why she simply gave into the kiss without another word.
"Your makeup looks really natural today." Alex complimented Kylie. Alexandria waited sitting on Kylie's bed. Alexandria was used to waiting on the girl. It always paid off when she came out looking like she was going to a runway show. She had already taken a shower and changed in her own dorm room. It would be easier if they were to share the same room but by the time they applied, it was too late. They had to settle for being right next to each other. They had spent most of their time in Kylie's room anyway since her roommate wasn't due to arrive until Friday, so it was like they were sharing the same room.
