Flowers [Jaykewon]

Chapter 9

"Does Jungwon by any case like someone?" Jay asked curiously. When Jake heard that he almost choked on his coke that he was drinking at the moment. "You okay Jake?" Jay glanced at him a bit worried. Jake coughed a bit before answering with a soft "yeah" as he smiled at him.

"What do you mean that Jungwon  likes someone?" Jake asked him a bit nervous. "I don't know..." Jay shrugged. "I saw the way you glanced at him when you talked about liking and all that..."

"Oh, that?" Jake nervously smiled at him. "Uh, that was pure coincidence." Jay didn't believe him. Jake couldn't lie and here was the proof. "So, who is it?" Jay asked as he bit his lip. "You should be asking Jungwon about it, not me..." Jake glanced down. "I don't like talking behind anyone's back only if it can somehow benefit the person that I shared their secret with." Jake said as he sighed.

I didn't understand a thing that he just said, but I still like him.

"Anyways, I should help you with your math homework." Jake sighed at what Jay only nodded.

It is unusual that he guessed that I suck at math and that something happened between us, but maybe he is just good at reading people's emotions...?

Jay didn't have an answer to his question, he simply shrugged it off and decided to invite Jake over so that he can help him.

There is no Jungwon now, maybe I should somehow get closer to Jake now...

But, there is this strong feeling that is saying otherwise-

I still get flashbacks of those flowers that I bought especially for him...

He liked to garden before-

I should stop thinking about him, Jake is here now. He has a special spot in my heart now.

"That's right, you know you might be a genius." Jake smiled at him proudly. "Nope, you're just a good teacher." Jay smiled at him. "Aww, thanks Jay."

"It's weird that there is no Jungwon with us, right?" Jake asked as he decided to drink his orange juice. "I mean, yeah... "

And there he is mentioning Jungwon for the thirtieth time...

"You seem really close with Jungwon..." Jay blurted out. "I mean yeah, he's cute." Jake chuckled. "If you two would be together you'd have a pretty good balance in your relationship." Jake smiled at Jay who sighed in response.
