Mingyu is sleeping but was stirred from his sleep when someone tapped his shoulder. "Hmmm ano...ba bakit ka istorbo?" he mumbled as he swats the hand away.
The unknown person didn't answer him but just continued patting his shoulder.
Mingyu sat up though he hasn't opened his eyes yet, "Ano ba kasi-" he unconsciously raised his voice.
"Mr. Kim!" the unknown person said, though the voice was quite familiar to him.
Mingyu opened his eyes and saw that it was the head librarian. His mouth went agape as he looked around.
The other students inside the library were shooting him weird looks. "Ma'am sorry po." he said, feeling embarrassed.
The head librarian's brows furrowed in annoyance while her arms were folded over her chest. "Mr. Kim, I appreciate na lagi kang tumutulong dito sa library pero...." she pointed the phone placed on top of the table. "Nabubulahaw kanina pa ang iba pang mga estudyante na nasa library kasi hindi nakasilent ang phone mo."
Embarrassed, he immediately apologized "Sorry po." Wala na bang mas nakakahiya pa sa araw na ito?
The head librarian took a glance of the time on her watch, "Lagpas ala una na. Wala ka bang klase?"
Mingyu's eyes widened in horror when he heard of the time. He checked his phone and saw several missed calls from his blockmates. It's already 1:05pm and he's late for his Neuroscience class.
Tangina life.
He scrambled to his feet and put all of his stuff hurriedly. He can't afford to be late because their class has a quiz today.
"Putangina putangina Mingyu! Bakit ba natulog ka pa kasi?!"
The head librarian shook her head as she picked up one of his things when he dropped it. "Oh. Dalian mo. Bakit kasi tutulog-tulog ka?" she asked while giving him his ballpen.
After stuffing his bag with his things (he couldn't care less even if they're messily placed inside), he smiled awkwardly at the librarian as he took his pen. "Sorry po ulit Ma'am! Napasarap ako ng tulog. Una na po ako! Bye po!" he answered before dashing towards the exit.
Good luck na lang sa kanya. Sana mag-ala Usain Bolt siya papuntang classroom. Hindi bale nang mahimatay sa pagod basta 'wag lang siyang mahimatay dahil sa bagsak na grade. Every activity counts dahil hindi naman siya genius. Saktuhang estudyante lang siya at kung may mamimiss pa siyang quiz o ano, yari na lang talaga.
