Pros:
- characters personalities balance each other out and create a ying yang dynamic
- the potential is already there
- pink + blue = opposites 🕺🕺🕺
- Latest games and shows give it a healthy base
Cons:
- When Amy was first introduced, she was a crazy obsessive fan girl and that was the most prominent time we were meant to ship them
- It relies on the "Well she's a girl and he's a boy so they should kiss 👍" dynamic.
- Sonic is often uncomfortable around Amy (Not in the romantic way) and has physically pushed her away when she gets too close for comfort
- The two, despite balancing each other out, can become too much for one another and often fight in the shows and game
(No hate to SonAmy shippers. All ships are valid, unless it is shipping a minor with an adult/late teen depending on age, and we don't judge here! I just really hate Amy ;-; Idek why.)
