“Y/N? Are you okay?” Heizou asked you. You were staring at the distance; “Ah yes.” You said as you smiled. “What's going on? You seem preoccupied these days?” You gave him a sigh. “I don't know, something bothering me a lot these days. My heart is feeling a little uneasy.”

“Hm, that could be a problem, want to go out and have some fun?” You gave him a chuckle. “Why not?” The two of you went to Amakane island for some fresh air. It was rare for you to go out because of your appearance, whenever you do you were always concealing your real identity.

You were wearing s mask, but your hair was normal. You didn't have to wear any wigs today as per Heizou's request. Upon arriving at the island you saw many stalls— You looked like a child who was given candy for doing great at school. Heizou could only chuckle at your behavior.

“Heizou! Look there are many food stalls here!” You said as you waved your hands in the air, “Would you like to dine her Ma'am?” Heizou gave some more to the vendor. “Anything she wants, please.” You looked at him. “Can I? Really?” heizou nodded you ordered some dishes that looked so appealing and tempting to you, “Mhm! This is so delicious!” You said.

You always had to eat fruits or vegetables that were made by your mom or your terrible cooking if you are in the wild. You rarely eat anything that can be considered dessert because you were deprived of being able to do so, you believed there was no need for you to taste such things because you didn't want to be a burden to your adoptive mother.

While your sister was having luxurious things when you were a child, you were always banned during tea parties. So you assumed tea, cakes, parties, and dresses it wasn't meant for you. It was meant for your sister.

When you were little you would always be your sister's shadow, everything she does you will always be behind her careful not to be seen around, didn't get public recognition, cursed by the servants, cursed by your father. Only your sister and friends as well as Kira cared for you, for your reputation.

After eating you went from different stalls, after some time you were exhausted. You and heizou sat on a nearby bench to rest. “There will be a fireworks show tonight, are you excited? Y/N?” Heizou said.

Heizou whipped his head towards you, seeing you sleeping soundly on his shoulder. “You..” Heizou could only cover his mouth. “What are you doing to me, Y/N?” He mumbles, tucking some strand of your hair. “You turned out to be the greatest mystery that I wanted to solve.”

“What have you experienced that made you look this miserable?” Heizou mumbled looking at your face, You looked so peaceful as you sleep. “I want to be your knight, I want you to lean on me more. I want to be the one who rescues you from the hell you're standing.”

Was it a confession? Heizou didn't know. Heizou was glad that you were asleep so that you don't hear what this stupid thought he was saying, “At first, I find you interesting so I tried to get to know you but as time went by I think these feelings are starting to grow more and more as I see you everyday and learning more about you.”

The fireworks started, but you were still asleep. Heizou sighed, “Forget it, we have more time to see the fireworks again.” He said as he looked at the fireworks in the sky, your head resting on his shoulder sleeping soundly.

“Y/N you want to kill them right? you want to kill them because you want revenge!”

“Where's Y/N?” Kazuha had just gotten back from the shrine, and Kokomi and Gorou were talking to each other. “Ah Y/N.. she's with Heizou they said they will go to Amakane Island for a break.” Kazuha gave a stare at the two, beaming a smile. It was rather an ominous smile he sent that made Kokomi wonder.

“Is something the matter Kazuha?” Kokomi asked the ronin, and Kazuha shook his head. “No not at all, Your excellency.”

“Oh speaking of, look they're here,” Gorou said, Kazuha's eyes stared at the two of you, The two of you were laughing at each other part of him was annoyed. “Oh, you're here,” Heizou said Kazuha and him had a staring contest going on. The atmosphere looked tense that even Gorou and Kokomi can sense but not you. “W-Where did you two go?” Kokomi asked trying to calm the atmosphere, You smiled.

“Heizou wanted to cheer me up.. so he and I went to Amakane Island.” Gorou pondered. “So you two went on a date?” Silence.

Kazuha, Heizou, and Your eyes widened. “WHOSE ON A DATE?!” You said in a panic as you blushed, covering your mouth and backing away from them. “Wait you two didn't go on a date??” He said, which caused you to blush even more than before. “No! Stupid Gorou!” You said running away from them, heart beating fast leaving the priestess, general, and two anemo vision holders back there.

“I see, so you're here to leave a will.” The lawyer said, Kira nodded. “I'm afraid that might be..”

“No, I know what I'm doing, when I pass away all my properties and as well as my heir is Y/N,” Kira said. “But Ma'am how could you talk about your death so suddenly? So soon?” Ryu asked the woman, the family lawyer nodded. “I know what I am doing. So you two rest at ease, You know who you will serve when the time comes.” The two of them kept quiet.

“This document is a will that If Kira Shimizu dies or retires the Shimizu heir is Y/N Yamashita, all her properties, and business will be inherited by her.” Kira signed the papers, while Ryu only bite his lip in frustration seeing that his master was willing to give up her own life just for someone she doesn't have any blood relations with.

Ryu could only nod. “This is not because I am Y/N's adoptive mother, It's because I chose this decision and I had promised myself.”
