"Hey! Hey, Monsieur ! Excusez-moi! Attention ici s'il vous plait!" Madame Mariet beckons to a young boy taking a nap near the front of class. She's still a young teacher and as such is not very intimidating.
" Quoi? J'écoute, je-je promets." The boy responds. Sloppily, embarrassed from being caught. So typical. If you don't want to be embarrassed, don't make stupid decisions. I scoff to myself and move my attention back to investigating. Most quote 'loners', or whatever you want to call me, find their attention more easily taken by the birds outside the window or a cliché thing like their drawings. However I seem to be different(such a strange word), I find mine in people watching. I'm only a slight stalker. I don't follow people to their houses or blackmail(unless I need to), it's simply a waste of my time to put so much effort into something so trivial. Especially when I could just find it online. Perhaps I'm a little naive or arrogant because of my age but with technology at my fingertips, I'd be a moron to not realize I could use it to my advantage. Plus in all honesty, it's fun. Seeing how desperately they all strive for 'normal' when they are all nothing but. It's strange how the ones seeming the most average hide the deepest abnormalities. Like a sixth toe in Cassia Johan's case (also captain of girls lacrosse team, ruthless players and quite talented under her direction). As well how the ones trying to embrace their differences don't have many at all. Prime example being last years winner of the national math competition, Bryan Stemp. My records show no quirks other than a small eye twitch every time he gets a question wrong, even by a half point. But that's simply the beginning. Right now I'm researching, yes researching, this girl in my math class. Short, intelligent, quite arrogant and confident though something she both loves and hates about herself. I bizarrely can not remember her name. Now back to the present. The boy in front of me seems to have a crush on the girl across the room, he keeps tapping his foot madly and his ears go red every time she looks over. He even melts like butter whenever she talks. Quite amusing, perhaps I'll add it to his file. The bell rings and I head to my next class. Chemistry. This one is especially entertaining, almost like watching a horror movie play out. Students get distracted easily, like a mouse with ADD. Its so bad, even if I'm not conducting an experiment for class, I still wear goggles. Doesn't help the teacher is about as confident as someone trying to do surgery with a banana and a pen. The man has sleezy, slicked back hair, tall and lanky with a bad stutter. Every time he talks its mostly just a jumble of vowels and consonants spewing their way through what seems to be a speaking hole. This makes for kids with virtually no supervision or direction. Great combination for a researching environment, not so much for retaining facial features, limbs or skin without permanent burns. My example of caution being Jules Milo. She wasn't paying attention to what chemicals she was mixing during an experiment and now has a large burn down the left side of her neck. I find my seat in the farthest back, farthest from the door. Makes for a great vantage point on what everyone's doing. It seems the student body president, Damon Halley, is on time again. He overall is truly a great role model. "Unlike everyone else here" I laugh to myself. The class begins and everyone else that's arrived on time takes their seat. We begin the review lesson on chemical formulas, writing down the notes on the board, pointing out the frazzled teachers mistakes and so on. Soon there is a knock at the door, the student near slowly climbs out of their seat to open it and let the especially tardy student through. Of course it's the slender Erika Belle, beautiful just like her name describes. I find myself physically attracted to men however I can easily admit she is physically appealing to the eye. She has soft, fiery hair that in the front reaches just below her collarbones and in the back just above her belly button. Her round, green eyes seem to pop because of her long eyelashes, small nose and rosy heart shaped lips. She is somewhat taller at 5'8 because of her long, shapely legs with delicate feet and hands meant for what seems piano playing and stiletto heels. She's like a moving piece of art with a kind personality on top. Her voice is like rose petals against your skin and the words even sweeter. Her hourglass body flows across the room like mist, her heart shaped backside and small ribcage paired with full breasts swishing making it impossible for her to not achieve the attention of men. She blushes wildly at the girl, saying thank you then scurrying off. The teacher doesn't have enough nerve to reprimand her angel like presence, and as such nervously tells her to take a seat right in front of Damon. Numerous internal death glares and childish pouting are flown around the room from both sexes as both are the result of great genetic mixing. Damon portrays the same confidence as a real politician with broad shoulders and a chiseled jaw. His hair is styled in the average 'I woke up like this, flawless!' Kind of way and he chooses to wear professional suits as to reaffirm the other students of what his future goals are. However today he looks like a lost puppy with his hazel eyes bulging at Erika as he nervously runs his hand through his golden hair. Erika hesitantly moves her sandaled feet towards the desk and Damon's eyes flutter to their every movement. Interesting. He blushes profusely as the light flip from her hair sends her smell straight through his nose. He leans forward subconsciously, looking as if he might just grab it to inhale more. The lesson continues as he focuses on her. From my database I know he has a liking to her, plus it's not exactly a well kept secret. However from what I see there is more here than what is obvious, I may have to confront him to get the truth. There's something I want from him, this is my chance; time to continue more research. I flip to Damon's page in my information notebook and jot down what I've managed to discover. As well I take a picture as evidence. He's not stupid and may very well refuse me if I have no evidence. I also do a quick hack of his internet browsing, a necessary skill I've picked up over the years. Jack. Pot.
I continue on with the rest of my day, leisurely filling in my files with small details. Not much seems to happen except the one major find on Halley so I feel a dragging on the humid spring day. However rain clouds seem to be forming, rather odd as it doesn't rain much here. Perhaps I'll go for a walk later. That is after I discuss our new arrangement he will soon be aware of. The last bell rings in my head as sighs of enthusiasm are heard from around the room. People are already buzzing out the doors and down the halls, funny as it's only Wednesday. Nonetheless I share in their joy but for different reasons. I head down to the special office put aside for the student president and unintentionally grin as I do. Rapping lightly on the door I know he will answer, as he always goes to grab important files at the end of the day. Oh people and their routines, makes it much easier for me to track them. "Hello..?" He questions and I open the door. "Hello Damon Halley, you most likely don't recognize me but I have information regarding something you might." I confidently state it in the way I always do when I am blackmailing, adrenaline pumping through me. He cocks his eyebrow in interest and holds up a small smirk. "What is it and for what price" He's heard of an anonymous student and how they blackmail the students with hidden information. I chuckle mockingly in my reply.
"Oh nothing..just a little bit of...potentially harmful information for the new election coming up for your final year." I lay down my notebook of sweet, sweet victory and open the files on my phone, out of reach in case he tries to violently rip my notebook(I made a mistake once that cost me free gas money for a year). His grin fades and is replaced with confusion
"I don't know what kind of person you think I am but I'm not into chea-...shit.." The look is replaced with pure anger as I simply grin at him. "What proof other than that do you have, this is nothing, no one will believe it. You're a nobody at this school!" He laughs devilishly trying to hide his small amounts of fear and anger. I now know for a fact it's true and there is no holding back now. I pull open my first file of hacked data. "So this magazine subscription is just an...interest in women's shoes. That alone I'm afraid is enough to get people assuming, the truth or not, it won't be good." I hold up the bill payment. He goes in to try and support his answer but I cut him off. "Halley, you can't even blame it on someone using your computer, you have no sisters and your mom died of brain cancer two years ago. You have absolutely no way out of this. I have countless files supporting this accusation. Might as well admit it" he simply scowled at me before spitting some curses and sitting down to calm himself. "What do you want, whoever the fuck you are!" Again I grinned triumphant.
"Cat, you may call me Cat. What I want is secretary to the student body president, and my identity is kept hidden as the blackmail student" He looks down back at my files, written there in bold black, before looking back at me. "Deal." He grumblesDamon

Hi there everyone who I guess is reading this lol
This is my first actual novel and as such I'm not really sure how writing stuff here works a whole lot, all I know is I have an idea and I'm making a story out of it XD
I guess I should put a disclaimer of sorts here about not copying my work (mine is under CC BY-NC-ND to be specific for you, so follow those guidlines if u wanna share it) and any characters or situations being similar to those in any other work or real life are purely coincidence and blah blah blah blah.....
Anyways I'd like to forewarn that updates shall be slow because of schoolwork and relationsheps and bleh. Also because I want to make sure that they are fairly well edited and lengthy in size (about 1K to 2K in words or about a 15 mon read per chap). I don't want to write something crappy just because I'm being pushed to it, that isn't fair to either of us. Also feel free to point out any grammatical, spelling or logic mistakes of characters personalities, again I don't write often and appreciate any help you guys are willing to offer.
Until next time
